Claims (13)
- 蒸気タービン用のバケットを形成する方法であって、
1以上の翼形部上に、該翼形部に対して耐侵食性材料を接合することによって前縁を形成する段階、
を含む方法。 - 前記耐侵食性材料が、前記翼形部に対して融着される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐侵食性材料が、レーザクラッディング法によって前記翼形部に対して融着される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記前縁を形成する段階が、複数の耐侵食性材料層を形成する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐侵食性材料が、ステライト合金を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記耐侵食性材料が、1種以上の高融点金属をさらに含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記1種以上の高融点金属が、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、ニッケル、タンタル及び/又バナジウムを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記前縁が、レーザガス窒化法によって形成される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記前縁が、実質的にコバルトを含まない、請求項1記載の方法。
- バケット基体が、チタン基合金である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記耐侵食性材料が、チタン基合金と主成分が一致している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記バケットが、最終段バケットを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気タービンが、複数の翼形部を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
