Abstract
【解決手段】減速機構18は、入力軸(第2出力軸)38に接続された内歯歯車55と、該内歯歯車55に噛合し、該内歯歯車55内を転動する遊星歯車57と、該遊星歯車57に噛合し、回転不能に配設された太陽歯車58とを含み、前記遊星歯車57を支持するキャリア59の軸部59a及び前記太陽歯車58の軸芯部58aは、筒状に形成され、該キャリア59の軸部59aは、前記太陽歯車58の軸芯部58aに軸直角方向に重なるように挿入配置されており、前記キャリア59の軸部59aに出力軸(ドライブ軸)14が挿入結合されている。

Claims (4)
- 動力を発生するエンジンと、該エンジンの回転速度を変化させてプロペラに伝達する変速装置とを備えた船外機であって、
前記変速装置は、入力軸の回転速度を減速して出力軸に伝達する減速機構を有し、該減速機構は、前記入力軸に接続された内歯歯車と、該内歯歯車に噛合するとともに該内歯歯車内を転動する遊星歯車と、該遊星歯車に噛合するとともに回転不能に配設された太陽歯車とを含み、
前記遊星歯車を支持するキャリアの軸部及び前記太陽歯車の軸部は筒状に形成され、前記キャリアの軸部は、前記太陽歯車の軸部に重なるように挿入配置されており、前記キャリアの軸部に前記出力軸が挿入結合されていることを特徴とする船外機。 - 請求項1に記載の船外機において、
前記変速装置は、変速機構及び前後進切替機構をさらに有し、
前記減速機構は、前記変速機構及び前後進切替機構よりプロペラ軸側でかつ該プロペラ軸と出力軸とを連結するベベル機構よりエンジン側に配置されていることを特徴とする船外機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の船外機において、
前記キャリアの軸部と前記出力軸とは、スプライン嵌合により、かつ同軸をなすように結合されていることを特徴とする船外機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の船外機において、
前記太陽歯車は、軸受を介して前記キャリアの軸部及び出力軸を回転自在に支持していることを特徴とする船外機。
