Abstract

Claims (11)
- 特に燃焼機関の排気システムにおいて、熱衝撃を受けるパイプ(10、11)を構造部品(2)に軸線方向に動き得るように取り付けるスライド座であって、
構造部品(2)に固定的に配置されあるいは形成された保持パイプ(43)であって、パイプ(10、11)を同軸的に囲むものを備え、
前記パイプ(10、11)と前記保持パイプ(43)との間に同軸的に配置された軸受物質(42)であって、この軸受物質(42)は、前記パイプ(10、11)を円周方向に完全に囲み、前記パイプ(10、11)によって半径方向に、前記保持パイプ(43)によって半径方向及び軸線方向に、支持されるものを備える。 - 請求項1に記載のスライド座であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
保持パイプ(43)は構造部品(2)と別個に製造された構造体であって、構造部品(2)に取り付けられされ、または、
保持パイプ(43)は前記構造部品に一体成形されている。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のスライド座であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
半径方向内側に突出する環状のカラー(48)であって、閉じた形状若しくは分割形状のものが、保持パイプ(43)の少なくとも一方の軸線方向端に一体形成され、軸受物質(42)を軸線方向に支え、及び/または、
半径方向内側に突出する環状の筋状部(47)であって、閉じた形状若しくは分割形状のものが、保持パイプ(43)の軸線方向両端間に形成され、軸受物質(42)を軸線方向に支え、及び/または、
半径方向内側に突出する環状のカバー(48)であって、閉じた形状若しくは分割形状のものが、構造部品(2)に取り付けられ、若しくは、少なくとも保持パイプ(43)の軸線方向の一端で構造部品(2)に一体形成され、軸受物質(42)を軸線方向に支える。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスライド座であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
軸受物質(42)はワイヤニットであり、または、
軸受物質(42)は繊維マット(45)である。 - 請求項4に記載のスライド座であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記繊維マット(45)は、アルミニウム繊維、ムライト繊維、ガラス繊維、またはこれらの繊維の内少なくとも2種の組み合わせからなる。 - 請求項4または請求項5に記載のスライド座であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
パイプ(10、11)に対し支持される軸受物質(44)の少なくとも1個の滑りゾーン(44)は、繊維マット(45)に配置された滑り織り目(49)からなる。 - 請求項6に記載のスライド座であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
滑り織り目(49)は、繊維マット(45)を筒状に囲み、及び/または、
滑り織り目(49)はガラス繊維布及び/若しくはセラミック繊維布からなる。 - 排気ガス処理装置、特に、燃焼機関の排気ガスシステム用のものであって、
少なくとも1個の入口(4)と少なくとも1個の出口(5)を有するハウジング(2)を備え、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項における構造部品として機能するハウジング(2)に、または構造部品として機能するハウジング(2)の構成部品(7)に、スライド座(15、20)で取り付けられる少なくとも1本のパイプ(10、11)を備える。 - 請求項8に記載の排気ガス処理装置であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
互いに連通する少なくとも2本のパイプ(10、11)を備えるパイプ組立体(3)が設けられ、
第1パイプ(10)はハウジング(2)に入口部(13)で固定され、
第1パイプ(10)はハウジング(2)に出口部(14)でスライド座(15)により固定され、
入口(17)が第1パイプ(10)の出口(18)に連結された第2パイプ(11)が、ハウジング(2)に出口部(19)でスライド座(20)により固定され、
前記第2パイプ(11)はハウジング(2)に出口部(21)で固定され、
スライド座(15、20)の少なくとも一つは請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に基づき構成され、ハウジング(2)またはハウジング(2)の構成部品(7)が構造部品を形成する。 - 請求項9に記載の排気ガス処理装置であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記第1パイプ(10)は少なくとも1個の粒子フィルタエレメント(26)を内蔵し、及び/または、
前記第1パイプ(10)は少なくとも1個の酸化コンバータエレメント(27)を内蔵し、及び/または、
前記第1パイプ(10)は半径方向に取り外し可能な軸線方向部分(28)を有し、及び/または、
前記半径方向に取り外し可能な軸線方向部分(28)は少なくとも1個の粒子フィルタエレメント(26)を内蔵し、及び/または、
第3パイプ(29)が設けられ、その入口(31)は前記第2パイプ(11)の出口(32)に連通連結され、及び/または、
前記第3パイプ(29)は少なくとも1個のSCRコンバータ(33)を内蔵し、及び/または、
液状抽出物を導入するための計量装置(34)が設けられ、及び/または、
前記第2パイプ(11)は排気ガスと導入された抽出物との混合部として用いられ、及び/または、
前記軽量装置(34)は前記抽出物を第2パイプ(11)の前記入口部(19)に導入し、及び/または、
第4パイプ(35)が設けられ、その入口(36)は第3パイプ(29)の出口(37)に連通連結され、及び/または、
前記第4パイプ(35)は出口(5)に通じ、及び/または、
前記第1パイプ(10)と第2パイプ(11)の長手方向中心線(23、24)は互いに平行に延びる。 - 請求項9または請求項10に記載の排気ガス処理装置であって、以下を特徴とするもの:
第1パイプ(10)の出口(18)を第2パイプ(11)の入口(17)に連結する曲がり連結パイプが設けられ、または、
連結室(12)が設けられ、その中に第1パイプ(10)の出口(18)と第2パイプ(11)の入口(17)が通じる。
