【解決手段】本発明のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法は、少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造体及び少なくとも一つの高分子構造体を提供する第一ステップと、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を前記高分子構造体の表面に設置し、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体を形成する第二ステップと、前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体に対して初期複合処理を行う第三ステップと、前記初期複合処理された前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体を熱プレスして成型させ、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を形成する第四ステップと、を含む。

本実施形態は、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を提供する。該カーボンナノチューブ複合材料は、高分子材料の基体及び該高分子材料の基体に分散されたカーボンナノチューブを含む。該カーボンナノチューブは、カーボンナノチューブ構造体の形式で前記高分子材料に配置される。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一つのカーボンナノチューブ構造体及び少なくとも一つの高分子構造体を提供する第一ステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を前記高分子構造体の表面に設置し、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体を形成する第二ステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体に対して初期複合処理を行う第三ステップと、
前記初期複合処理された前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体を熱プレスして成型させ、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を形成する第四ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第一ステップが、
超配列カーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一サブステップと、
前記超配列カーボンナノチューブアレイからカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き伸ばす第二サブステップと、
少なくとも一枚の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを利用して前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を製造する第三サブステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第三ステップにおいて、
金属ローラー装置、平板熱プレス機、熱プレス機又は平板硫化機を利用して、前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体に対して初期複合処理を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第三ステップにおいて、
前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体に対して初期複合処理を行う温度が、前記高分子構造体の材料のガラス転移点より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第四ステップが、
初期複合処理された前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体を熱プレス装置の中に置く第一サブステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体を加熱して加圧した後、この状態を所定の時間に保持する第二サブステップと、
前記熱プレス装置の温度を下げて、離型し、カーボンナノチューブ複合材料を形成する第三サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記第四ステップにおいて、
前記初期複合処理された前記カーボンナノチューブ複合材料の予備成型体に対して熱プレス成型を行う温度が、前記高分子構造体の材料の融点より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンナノチューブ複合材料の製造方法。
