Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、各伝熱板の熱交換領域に、および、もしあるならばプレート熱交換器の分散領域に形成された、突起とくぼみとからなる押し型と、複数のポート孔とを備え、鉄を主成分とした材料からなる薄い伝熱板どうしを接合する方法である。前記各伝熱板を接合する前に、前記蝋付け材料を前記各伝熱板に塗布し、隣り合う突起とくぼみとが接触するように前記各伝熱板を配置し、形成された接触部において前記伝熱板どうしを蝋付け一体化する。前記熱交換領域および前記分散領域の5〜40%、好ましくは10〜30%に、一つ又は複数の鉄合金を含む蝋付け材料を塗布する。前記一つ又は複数の鉄合金は、融点を下げる成分を含む。前記蝋付け材料は、バインダーも含み、前記伝熱板が接合されて熱交換器が蝋付けされる前に、ペーストとして塗布される。

Claims (8)
- 各伝熱板の熱交換領域に、および、もしあるならばプレート熱交換器の分散領域に形成された、突起とくぼみとからなる押し型と、複数のポート孔とを備え、鉄を主成分とした材料からなる薄い伝熱板どうしを接合する方法であって、前記各伝熱板を接合する前に、前記蝋付け材料を前記各伝熱板に塗布し、隣り合う突起とくぼみとが接触するように前記各伝熱板を配置し、形成された接触部において前記伝熱板どうしを蝋付け一体化する、伝熱板どうしの接合方法において、
前記熱交換領域および前記分散領域の5〜40%、好ましくは10〜30%に、一つ又は複数の鉄合金を含む蝋付け材料が塗布され、
前記一つ又は複数の鉄合金は、融点を下げる成分を含み、
前記蝋付け材料は、バインダーも含み、前記伝熱板が接合されて熱交換器が蝋付けされる前に、ペーストとして塗布されることを特徴とする、伝熱板どうしの接合方法。 - 前記蝋付け材料は、点状の全ての接触領域または線状の全ての接触領域いずれにも選択的に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蝋付け材料は、点状の接触領域のうちのいくつか、または線状の接触領域の一部のみに選択的に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蝋付け材料の量が、主に延性の蝋付け接合が得られる程度の少ない量であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記蝋付け材料は、前記蝋付け工程中に鉄を主成分とした前記板材内に拡散し、蝋付け接合部での前記材料の溶融間隔を変化させる、融点を下げる成分を含む蝋付け材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記蝋付け材料は融点を下げる前記成分を含み、前記伝熱板の主成分の前記材料と相互に作用する材料からなる、前記伝熱板の前記主成分材料からの成分が前記蝋付け材料内に移動して強固な蝋付け接合部を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数のポート孔と、各板の熱交換領域および存在するときには分散領域に形成された突起とくぼみからなる押し型とを備え、鉄を主成分とした材料からなり、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の方法により製造された薄い伝熱板で組み立てられた蝋付け型のプレート熱交換器において、蝋付けに使用される蝋付け材料が、融点を下げる成分を含む一つ又は複数の鉄合金からなる蝋付け材料であることを特徴とする蝋付け型のプレート熱交換器。
- 蝋付け接合部に存在している前記蝋付け材料は、前記伝熱板の鉄を主成分とした材料内に拡散していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の蝋付け型熱交換器。
