Abstract
【課題】 電池パックの小型化を図り、温度保護素子や保護回路基板等への電解液の漏液による障害を防止することができる電池パックを提供する。
【解決手段】 二次電池1の負極3を除く二次電池1の封止板6の上面全面と、二次電池1の外装缶7と封止板6の溶接部、および二次電池1の外装缶7の側面の保護回路基板13が配置される箇所に、絶縁材10と吸液シート12が粘着された吸液機能付絶縁テープ8を設ける。

Claims (1)
- 一端開放の角型筒状の外装缶内に二次電池セルを収納し、前記二次電池セルが収納された前記外装缶の開放部を安全弁と前記二次電池セルの電極部を有する封止板で密閉してなる角型の密閉型二次電池と、前記封止板の上面に配置した温度保護素子と、前記外装缶の一側面に配置した保護回路基板が外装フィルムで覆われた電池パックであって、
前記電極部を除く前記封止板の上面の全面、前記外装缶と前記封止板の溶接部、および前記外装缶の側面の前記保護回路基板が配置される箇所に、絶縁材と吸液シートが粘着された吸液機能付絶縁テープを設けたことを特徴とする電池パック。
