Abstract
【解決手段】シール部材6は水分が軸受内部に侵入することを防止する第1の防水リップ11と同じ機能を有する第2の防水リップ12とを有している。第1の防水リップ11および第2の防水リップ12は、それぞれ基端部11a,12aから上記内輪1の回転軸20方向において軸受の外方に向けて延設されるとともに、内輪1の径方向において上記内輪1の回転軸20と反対向きに延設されてスリンガ8の円環部5に摺接している。また、潤滑油リップ13は、第2の防水リップ12に設けられた潤滑油リップ13の基端部から、内輪1の回転軸20方向において軸受の外方に向けて延設されるとともに、内輪1の径方向において内輪1の回転軸20に向けて延設されている。

Claims (4)
- 軸受の回転部材に備えられるとともに、該回転部材に固定される略円筒状の円筒部と略円環状の円環部とからなるスリンガと、
前記軸受の固定部材に固定されるとともに、軸受の内部から軸受の外方への潤滑油の移動を防止する潤滑油リップを有するシール部材とを備えた軸受用密閉装置において、
前記潤滑油リップの末端部が前記円環部に摺接することを特徴とする軸受用密閉装置。 - 前記潤滑油リップは、該潤滑油リップの基端部から前記回転部材の回転軸方向において軸受の外方に向けて延設されるとともに、前記回転部材の径方向において前記回転部材の回転軸に向けて延設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受用密閉装置。
- 前記シール部材は、前記円環部に摺接するとともに軸受の外方から軸受の内部に水分が移動することを防止する複数の防水リップを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の軸受用密閉装置。
- 前記潤滑油リップは前記複数の防水リップの少なくとも1つから分岐してなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸受用密閉装置。
