Abstract
【解決手段】布粘着テープ100は、布粘着テープ用基材1,2の両面にラミネート層20が形成されてなるラミネート基布22の片面に、感圧性粘着剤が塗布されてなる粘着剤層24が設けられたものである。布粘着テープ用基材1は、並列された経糸12の全幅に渡って緯糸16が交互に織込まれた織組織を有する織布からなり、布粘着テープ用基材2は、並列された経糸12がたて編みされた独立鎖編み14の全幅に渡って緯糸16が挿入された編布からなる。また、布粘着テープ用基材1,2における経糸12及び緯糸16は、非極性樹脂に、0.05〜3.0質量%の含有割合で無機フィラーが添加された樹脂組成物から形成されている。

Description
Uweft≦Uwarp …(1)、
で表される関係を満たす範囲の値であると好ましい。なお、織り密度は、打ち込み本数(本/インチ)で表される。
経糸及び緯糸として、表1〜表3に示す各種の糸及び基材構成を用い、図3に示す布粘着テープ100と同様の構成を有する布粘着テープを作製した。また、その両面にポリエチレンフィルムを0.1mm厚さで押出し加工してラミネートテープを形成した。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜5のラミネートテープについて、厚さ、手切れ性、加工性、密着性、動摩擦係数、動摩擦帯電圧、引き裂き強さ、引張強度、伸びを以下の方法により測定評価した。
ポリエチレンフィルム有りのもの/無しのものについて、サンプル片の厚さをダイヤルシックネスゲージ(PEAKOCK社製:MODEL H−1A)を用いて測定した。
経方向及び緯方向において、実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜5で得たラミネートテープにつき、各10枚の試験片を手で切断し、その際の初期抵抗、切断面のきれいさ、直進性を観察し、手切れ性良否の判断を行なった。
製造時の糸切れの有無、糸の引っ掛かりの有無、糸のヨレやタレの有無に基づいて、加工性の良否を判定した。
各ラミネートフィルムを布粘着テープに加工し、JIS Z0237に準拠して粘着力の測定を実施した。なお、密着性の測定値は、ラミネート層の剥がれがある場合には、その粘着力以下とし、ラミネート層の剥がれがない場合には、その粘着力以上とした。
緯糸の試験片5つについて、大栄科学社製の糸動摩擦係数測定器(型式:μkタイプ)を用いて動摩擦係数を測定し、その平均値を算出した。このとき、ドラム(材質:ナイロン)回転数を30rpm、バランス分銅を10gとした。
JIS L1094の5.2摩擦帯電圧測定法に準拠し、経方向及び緯方向における摩擦帯電圧を測定した。
JIS P8116の紙及び板紙の引裂き強さに準拠し、東洋精機社製のELEMENDORF TEARING TESTERを用いて、経方向及び緯方向における引き裂き強度を測定した。
JIS L 1096Aに準拠し、経方向及び緯方向における引張強度を測定した。
上記引張強度測定時の破断時の伸びを、東洋精機社製のSTOROGRSPH V1−Cを用いて測定し、その値を経方向及び緯方向における伸度とした。
Claims (8)
- 経糸と緯糸とを有する織布又は編布からなる基材、及び、該基材の片面側又は両面側に形成されており且つ樹脂がラミネート処理されてなるラミネート層、を有するラミネート基布と、
前記ラミネート基布の片面又は両面に形成されており、且つ、感圧性粘着剤が塗布されてなる粘着剤層と、
を備えており、
前記経糸及び前記緯糸のうち少なくとも緯糸は、非極性樹脂に0.05〜3.0質量%の無機フィラーが含有されてなる樹脂組成物からなる、
布粘着テープ。 - 前記基材は、前記経糸の繊度(Dwarp)が10〜1000デニールであり、且つ、前記経糸の織り密度(Uwarp)が前記緯糸の織り密度(Uweft)以上のものである、
請求項1記載の布粘着テープ。 - 前記ラミネート層を構成する樹脂は、融点が65〜350℃のものであり、
前記経糸及び前記緯糸のうち少なくとも前記緯糸は、融点が65〜250℃であり、且つ、メルトフローレートが0.1〜20である樹脂で形成されたものである、
請求項1又は2項記載の布粘着テープ。 - 前記ラミネート層を構成する樹脂の容積が、前記基材における空間体積の20%以上である、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の布粘着テープ。 - 前記ラミネート基布における前記ラミネート層と前記基材との密着性が、3(N/インチ)以上である、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の布粘着テープ。 - 前記感圧性粘着剤は、貯蔵弾性率が105〜107(dyn/cm2)であり、且つ、厚さが5〜200μmであり、
当該布粘着テープの厚さが1.0mm以下である、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の布粘着テープ。 - 前記基材は、前記経糸が鎖編みされた編布からなる、
請求項1〜6記載のいずれか1項記載の布粘着テープ。 - 前記緯糸は、幅が0.2〜2.0(mm)であり、且つ、厚さが0.01〜0.1(mm)であるフラットヤーンからなるものである、
