Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性高分子フィルムの少なくとも片面に、透明プライマー層を介して透明無機薄膜層が少なくとも積層されている強密着ガスバリア透明フィルムであって、透明プライマー層の表面が、例えば、ESCA分析(測定条件:X線源モノクロAlKα、X線出力30W)によって得られるC1s波形の解析から求められる官能基比率COO/C−Cが0.20以下となっている。

求められる官能基比率COO/C−Cが0.20以下となっているか、ESCA分析(測定条件:X線源モノクロAlKα、X線出力30W)によって得られるC1s波形の解析から求められる官能基比率C―N、C−O/C−Cが0.35以下となっているか、あるいは、ESCA分析(測定条件:X線源モノクロAlKα、X線出力30W)によって得られるC1s波形の解析から求められる官能基比率Π・Π/C−Cが0.03以下となっている透明プライマー層を介して透明無機薄膜層が少なくとも積層されているので、例えば、ボイル殺菌やレトルト殺菌、オートクレーブ殺菌のような処理が施されたとしても、当初有していた優れた密着性が確保できる。

<各種プライマー剤の調整>
(1)希釈溶媒(酢酸エチル)中に、二重結合含有シランカップリング剤1重量部に対し、脂肪族系ポリエステル樹脂が100重量部となるようにそれぞれを混合し、攪拌した。次いで、この混合溶液に脂肪族系イソシアネート化合物を芳香族ポリエステル樹脂のOH基に対しNCO基が3倍等量となるように加え、プライマー剤Aとした。

施例6に係る本発明の強密着ガスバリア透明フィルムを得た。
実施例1〜6のガスバリア透明フィルムのガスバリア性被覆層面上に、2液硬化型ウレタン系接着剤からなる接着剤層を介して厚さ15μmの二軸延伸ポリアミドフィルムからなる介在フィルムをドライラミネート法により積層し、更にこの介在フィルム上に、2液硬化型ウレタン系接着剤からなる接着剤層を介して厚さ50μmの低密度ポリエチレンフィルムをドライラミネート法により積層してポリオレフィン系ヒートシール層を設け、積層包装材を得た。
実施例1、2、6に係る強密着ガスバリア透明フィルムと、実施例3〜5に係るガスバリア透明フィルムの透明プライマー層について、ESCAによる分析をおこなった。測定には、アルバック・ファイ製の測定機(Quantum2000)を用い、X線源としてはモノクロAlKαを使用し、出力は30W(15kV)で測定した。
実施例1、2、6に係る強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム、および実施例3〜5に係るガスバリア透明フィルムのそれぞれを用い、四方シール部を有するパウチを作製し、それぞれに内容物として水150gを充填し、121℃−30分間のレトルト殺菌処理を行った。
0/50Aを用いて、30°C、70%RHの雰囲気下で測定した。

Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性高分子フィルムの少なくとも片面に、透明プライマー層を介して透明無機薄膜層が少なくとも積層されている強密着ガスバリア透明フィルムであって、プライマー層の表面は、ESCA分析(測定条件:X線源モノクロAlKα、X線出力30W)によって得られるC1s波形の解析から求められる官能基比率COO/C−Cが0.20以下か、ESCA分析(測定条件:X線源モノクロAlKα、X線出力30W)によって得られるC1s波形の解析から求められる官能基比率C―N、C−O/C−Cが0.35以下か、あるいは、ESCA分析(測定条件:X線源モノクロAlKα、X線出力30W)によって得られるC1s波形の解析から求められる官能基比率Π・Π/C−Cが0.03以下のいずれかとなっていることを特徴とする強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム。
- 前記透明無機薄膜層の上に、ガスバリア被覆層が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム。
- 前記熱可塑性高分子フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムまたはポリアミドフィルムのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム。
- 前記透明無機薄膜層は、酸化珪素または酸化アルミニウムのいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム。
- 前記ガスバリア性被覆層は、水酸基含有高分子化合物、金属アルコキシド及び/またはその加水分解物及び/またはその重合物の少なくとも1種類以上を成分にもつことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれかに記載の強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の強密着ガスバリア透明フィルム上に、接着剤層を介して、少なくともヒートシール性樹脂層が積層されていることを特徴とする積層包装材。
