Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、チェーン無し方式により駆動力を差動ギア方式の微動変速部と内接ギア方式の粗動変速部、そして交差軸動力伝達方式の出力部が変速レバーで任意的でかつ選択的に関係することにより、低・高速の粗動変速段の各々で多段階的に微動変速を行うようにしたものである。

Claims (13)
- 2輪乃至4輪を利用した自転車や車などの原動機又は非原動機式のすべての輸送機具の駆動力伝達装置において、別途の変速レバーにより変換操作され、かつ道路の環境に応じて前記輸送機具の走行速度を加減させる変速機であって、
前記駆動力が加えられる主軸と、
前記主軸と関係して、前記変速レバーにより移動しつつ前記駆動力を二分された経路のうちの何れか一つを選択して伝達されて、二分出力段に区分して多段変速排出する差動ギア方式の微動変速部と、
前記主軸上で前記変速レバーにより移動可能に設置されて、前記微動変速部の二分出力段と関係しつつ、二分された経路を介して選択的に前記駆動力を伝達されて、二分出力段に区分して低・高速段に排出する内接ギア方式の粗動変速部と、
前記主軸上に設置されて、前記粗動変速部の二分された出力段と選択的に関係しつつ交差軸動力伝達方式により前記駆動力を伝達されて排出する出力部と、
前記微動変速部と前記粗動変速部、そして出力部の周囲を取り囲むハウジングと、を備え、
ここで、前記変速レバーにより操作される微動変速部と前記粗動変速部、そして前記出力部が互いに任意的でかつ選択的に関係して協同することにより、低・高速の粗動段の各々で多段階的な微動変速を行うようにすることを特徴とする変速機。 - 前記差動方式の微動変速部は、末端に第1出力段を有するケーシングと、このケーシング内に前記主軸に一対で配置されて、一側は、前記主軸上で空回転する固定サイドギアを、他側は、前記主軸と選択的に結合・離脱する関係を有すると共に、末端に第2出力段を有する可動サイドギア、そしてこれらの固定又は可動サイドギア間の周縁で歯合協同する共に、前記ケーシングと軸結合して空転と自転する少なくとも一つ以上のピニオンとからなる請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記粗動変速部は、前記微動変速部の出力段と関係して前記駆動力を受けるスリーブ型の入力段を有するローラ型のピニオンと、このピニオンが内接する内接ギア、そして前記ピニオンと前記内接ギアの各々の末端に前記出力部と選択的に結合・離脱しつつ、前記二分経路を介して変速伝達される前記駆動力が二分された第1、2出力段を介して選択的に前記出力部側に出力されるようにする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記出力部は、前記粗動変速部の第1、2出力段と選択的に関係し、前記駆動力を受ける第1、2入力段を有するローラ型ギアと、このローラ型ギアと交差軸方向に設置されるクラウン型ギアとからなる請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記ハウジングの内壁に前記変速レバーにより操作される微動変速部と前記粗動変速部の移動を案内する案内路とを有する請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 変速レバーを有するハンドルバーとペダルとが備えられたクランクアームが主軸を利用して回転可能に設置されるフレームと、このフレームの前・後方に前・後輪を配置し、前記クランクアームの駆動力をクラウンギアとローラギアとを利用した交差軸動力伝達方式により後輪に伝達して走行するようにした2輪乃至4輪を利用する自転車や車などの原動機又は非原動機式のすべての輸送機具であって、
前記主軸と関係して、前記駆動力を前記変速レバーの操作により任意的でかつ選択的に互いに関係し、差動ギア方式により多段変速を行う微動変速部と、内接ギア方式により低・高速段変速を行う粗動変速部を通って、交差軸動力伝達方式の出力部を介して出力されるようにする変速機とを内蔵した主動ユニットと、
前記主動ユニット変速機の出力部と交差軸動力伝達方式により引き続いて設置されて、前記出力部から出力される駆動力を負荷側に伝達する動力伝達ユニットと、
前記後輪に設置されて、前記動力伝達ユニットから伝達される前記駆動力を受けて前記後輪を駆動させる交差軸動力伝達方式の従動ユニットと、を備える輸送機具。 - 前記主動ユニットの微動変速部は、末端に第1出力段を有するケーシングと、このケーシング内に前記主軸に一対で配置されて、一側は、前記主軸上で空回転する固定サイドギアを、他側は、前記主軸と選択的に結合・離脱する関係を有すると共に、末端に第2出力段を有する可動サイドギア、そしてこれらの固定又は可動サイドギア間の周縁で歯合協同すると共に、前記ケーシングと軸結合して空転と自転する少なくとも一つ以上のピニオンと、からなる請求項6に記載の輸送機具。
- 前記主動ユニットの粗動変速部は、前記微動変速部の出力段と関係して前記駆動力を受けるスリーブ型の入力段を有するローラ型のピニオンと、このピニオンが内接する内接ギア、そして前記ピニオンと前記内接ギアの各々の末端に前記出力部と選択的に結合・離脱しつつ、前記二分経路を介して変速伝達される前記駆動力が二分された第1、2出力段を介して選択的に前記出力部側に出力されるようにした請求項6に記載の輸送機具。
- 前記主動ユニットの出力部は、前記粗動変速部の第1、2出力段と選択的に関係し、前記駆動力を受ける第1、2入力段を有するローラ型ギアと、このローラ型ギアと交差軸方向に設置され、前記動力伝達ユニットが連結されるクラウン型ギアとからなる請求項6に記載の輸送機具。
- 前記従動ユニットは、前記後輪の軸と結合するローラ型ギアと、このローラ型ギアと交差軸方向に設置されて、前記駆動力を前記主動ユニットから受けるクラウン型ギアとからなる請求項6に記載の輸送機具。
- 前記変速レバーにより操作される微動変速部と前記粗動変速部、そして前記出力部が互いに任意的でかつ選択的に関係して協同することにより、低速又は高速段の各々で多段的に変速されるようにした請求項6、9、又は10に記載の輸送機具。
- 前記動力伝達ユニットは、前記主・従動ユニットの各々と両端が結合されるパイプ状のケースと、このケース内に前記主動ユニットの前記出力部と前記従動ユニットのクラウン型ギアと連結される連動ロッドとからなる請求項6、9、又は10に記載の輸送機具。
- 前記従動ユニットは、前記主動ユニットから前記動力伝達ユニットを介して伝達されるクランクアームの駆動力伝達が一方向のみで行われるようにするラチェット構造をさらに有する請求項6に記載の自転車。
