Claims (16)
- 基板の上に、少なくとも硬化した後に絶縁体となる樹脂液を塗布して、樹脂層を形成する段階と、
前記樹脂層に溝を形成する段階と、
少なくとも硬化した後に導電性となる導電性インクを、前記溝の領域に選択的に供給する段階と、
を備える配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂液を塗布する段階は、前記基板の上に、少なくとも硬化した後に絶縁体となる感光性樹脂液を塗布し、
前記溝を形成する段階は、光リソグラフィ法により、感光性樹脂層に前記溝を形成する、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記導電性インクを、前記溝の領域に選択的に供給する段階は、導電性微粒子を含む前記導電性インクを前記溝の領域に選択的に供給する、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記導電性インクを、前記溝の領域に選択的に供給する段階は、前記導電性インクをインクジェット法により吐出して、前記溝の領域に選択的に供給する、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記導電性インクを、前記溝の領域に選択的に供給する段階は、前記導電性インクの表面が前記樹脂層の表面より高く、前記溝の領域に選択的に供給され、
前記導電性インクが硬化して導電体となった後に、前記導電体の表面が前記樹脂層の表面と同じ高さに、または、前記樹脂層の表面より低く形成される、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 硬化した後の前記導電性インクの表面が、前記樹脂層の表面より低く形成されている場合に、硬化した後の前記導電性インクの表面に前記導電性インクを再度供給する段階、
をさらに備える請求項5に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂層を形成する段階の後に、前記樹脂層の表面に、前記導電性インクの接触角がより大きくなる撥液処理を施す段階、をさらに備え、
前記撥液処理を施す段階の後に、前記樹脂層に前記溝を形成する段階を備える、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記基板には、前記導電性インクの接触角が、前記樹脂層の場合と比較して小さくなる材料をその表面に有し、
前記樹脂層に前記溝を形成する段階は、前記樹脂層に、前記基板の前記表面に達する深さに前記溝を形成する、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記基板には、前記導電性インクの接触角が、前記樹脂層の場合と比較して小さくなる材料をその表面に有し、
前記樹脂層を塗布する段階の後に、前記樹脂層の表面に、前記導電性インクの接触角がより大きくなる撥液処理を施す段階、をさらに備え、
前記撥液処理を施す段階の後に、前記樹脂層に前記溝を形成する段階を備え、
前記樹脂層に前記溝を形成する段階は、前記樹脂層に、前記基板の前記表面に達する深さに前記溝を形成する、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂層に前記溝を形成する段階は、前記溝の長さ方向に垂直な面で切断した場合の断面における開口幅を、前記溝の底面の幅より大きく前記溝を形成する、
請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。 - 基板と、
前記基板の上に形成された、溝を有する絶縁性の樹脂層と、
少なくとも硬化した後に導電性となる導電性インクを前記溝の領域に選択的に供給して前記溝の内部に形成した導電体と、
を備える表示装置。 - 前記溝の内部における前記導電体の表面は、前記樹脂層の表面が属する平面内、または、前記樹脂層の表面が属する平面より基板側の位置に形成されている請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記溝は、前記基板に達する深さで形成されている、

請求項11に記載の表示装置。 - 前記基板または前記樹脂層の上層に形成され、前記導電体から駆動電流が供給される有機発光素子、

前記基板の上に形成された、溝を有する絶縁性の樹脂層と、
少なくとも硬化した後に導電性となる導電性インクを前記溝の領域に選択的に供給して前記溝の内部に形成された導電体と、
前記基板または前記樹脂層の上層に形成され、前記導電体との間で信号または電流を入出力する薄膜能動素子と、
を備える薄膜能動素子基板。
