Abstract
【解決手段】LED光源と、このLED光源からの光を投影する投影レンズと、この投影レンズを固定するレンズホルダーから構成される車両用灯具において、前記LED光源は前記投影レンズの光軸に対して略垂直に、互いに略直角な2軸の光軸調整機能を有する構成により、解決される。本構成により、正確に所望の配光に調整できる上、光学設計や外観構造の制約を解消できる利点がある。

Description
LED光源3aと投影レンズ1aで配光Haを形成している。同様に、LED光源3aと投影レンズ1bで配光、LED光源3aと投影レンズ1cで配光Hcを形成し、図5に相当する配光HBsを構成する。このように、複数のLED光源と投影レンズを組み合わせることにより、規定を満足する配光を形成できる。

Claims (6)
- LED光源と、このLED光源からの光を投影する投影レンズと、この投影レンズを固定するレンズホルダーから構成される車両用灯具であって、前記LED光源はお互いが略直角方向となる2軸の光軸調整機能を有し、かつ、前記光軸調整機能の1軸は前記投影レンズの光軸に対して略垂直に設定されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
- 前記LED光源には、前記投影レンズにより照射方向に拡大投影されて明暗境界線を形成する遮光部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記LED光源の光軸調整機能の1軸は、前記LED光源を含む光源装置と、この光源装置をを含む光源台座を介して行われ、他の1軸は前記光源台座と前記投影レンズホルダーを介して行われることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の車両用灯具。
- 複数のLED光源と、これら複数のLED光源からの光を夫々に投影する複数の投影レンズと、前記複数の投影レンズを固定する少なくとも一つのレンズホルダーから構成される車両用灯具であって、前記複数のLED光源の少なくとも一つは、お互いが略直角方向となる2軸の光軸調整機能を有し、前記光軸調整機能の1軸は前記投影レンズの光軸に対して略垂直に設定されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
- 前記複数のLED光源の少なくとも一つは、このLED光源に対応する投影レンズにより照射方向に拡大投影されて明暗境界線を形成する遮光部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記遮光部材を有する前記LED光源の少なくとも一つは光軸調整機能を有し、この光軸調整機能の1軸は、前記LED光源を含む光源装置と、この光源装置を含む光源台座を介して行われ、他の1軸は前記光源台座と前記投影レンズホルダーを介して行われることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5記載の車両用灯具。
