Abstract
【解決手段】排気ガス浄化装置2の排気ガス流れ方向の上流側における排気通路1の周壁部の上方位置に、尿素水を噴射する噴射ノズル3を設ける。この噴射ノズル3の排気ガス流れ方向の直下流側に分散板4を設ける。分散板4に、尿素水の噴射領域においてその尿素水の噴射方向に対しほぼ対向するように傾斜して配置された分散部41と、排気ガスを分散部41を介して連通させる連通部44と、分散部41から排気ガスの流れ方向上流側に向かって略水平に延設され、噴射された尿素水を受ける4つの受け部43,43,…とを設ける。下部位置の受け部43の先端を上部位置の受け部43の先端よりも排気ガスの流れ方向上流側に位置させる。

Claims (7)
- エンジンの排気通路に配置された排気ガス浄化装置の上流側において上記排気通路内に噴射された添加剤を分散する添加剤分散板の構造であって、
上記添加剤を噴射する噴射口は、噴射された上記添加剤が上記排気通路を横切るように配置されており、
上記添加剤分散板は、
上記噴射口から噴射される添加剤の噴射領域においてその添加剤の噴射方向に対しほぼ対向するように傾斜して配置された分散部と、
この分散部に設けられ、排気ガスを上記分散部の流れ方向上流側から下流側に連通させる連通部と、
上記分散部から排気ガスの流れ方向に沿って延設され、上記噴射口から噴射された添加剤を受ける複数の受け部とを備え、
上記各受け部は、上記分散部の上部位置から下部位置に向かって順に設けられ、そのうちの下部位置の受け部における排気ガスの流れ方向上流側端が上部位置の受け部における排気ガスの流れ方向上流側端よりも排気ガスの流れ方向上流側に位置していることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1に記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記各受け部は、上記分散部より排気ガスの流れ方向上流側に向かって延設されていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記連通部は、上記各受け部の上側に設けられていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記分散部は、略円形状に形成されていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記分散部は、上部位置から下部位置に行くに従い幅が漸増する略三角形状に形成されていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記各受け部は、その少なくとも一部を上向きに立ち上げた立ち上げ部を備えていることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の排気通路の添加剤分散板構造において、
上記噴射口は、上記排気通路の周壁部の側方位置に設けられており、
上記各受け部は、上記噴射口から噴射された添加剤を広い噴射範囲で受けるように水平面に対して上記噴射口向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする排気通路の添加剤分散板構造。
