Abstract
【解決手段】 装置は、脱硫・脱硝塔本体20と、吸着剤の切り出し装置30とを備えている。脱硫塔20内で下方向に移動する吸着剤の充填移動層を形成するための入口ルーバ26と出口ルーバ27と、塔本体20と切り出し装置30の間に設けられ、切り出し装置30側に向けて間隔が漸減するように傾斜した側板41bを備えた絞り部41とを有し、絞り部41の内部に第1仕切り板43を設けている。出口ルーバ27の下端から、側板41bの上方に所定の間隔だけ離間し、当該側板41bの傾斜方向に沿って延設する第2仕切り板44を設け、出口ルーバ27の下端部と絞り部41の側板41bとの間に隙間を設けている。

Claims (3)
- 脱硫・脱硝塔本体と、その下端部に配置される吸着剤の切り出し装置とを備え、
前記脱硫・脱硝塔内で上下方向に移動する前記吸着剤の充填移動層を形成するための少なくとも入口ルーバと出口ルーバと、前記脱硫・脱硝塔本体の下端部と前記切り出し装置の間に設けられ、前記切り出し装置側に向けて間隔が漸減するように傾斜した側板を備えた絞り部とを有し、前記絞り部の内部に少なくとも1枚以上の第1仕切り板を設けた排ガスの脱硫・脱硝装置であって、
前記出口ルーバの下端から、前記側板の上方に所定の間隔だけ離間し、当該側板の傾斜方向に沿って延設する第2仕切り板を設け、前記出口ルーバの下端部と前記絞り部の側板との間に隙間を設けたことを特徴とする排ガスの脱硫・脱硝装置。 - 前記第2仕切り板は、前記第1仕切り板の垂直高さHに対して、垂直高さが0.2H以上、望ましくは0.3H以上で、かつ0.6H以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排ガスの脱硫・脱硝装置。
- 前記隙間は、前記吸着剤の平均粒径の3倍以上、望ましくは、5倍以上とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の排ガスの脱硫・脱硝装置。
