Abstract
【解決手段】 剥離性を有する基体シート2の上に、剥離層3を全面的に形成し、次いでその上に水溶性パターン層4を部分的に形成し、次いでその上にスズよりもイオン化傾向の大きな金属とスズとの合金からなる微細島状形状の電波透過性金属光沢層5を全面的に形成し、次いで水洗処理を行って水溶性パターン層4とその上に形成された電波透過性金属光沢層5とを剥離除去し、次いで接着層6を全面的または部分的に形成する。

Claims (8)
- 剥離性を有する基体シートの上に、剥離層を全面的に形成し、次いでその上に水溶性パターン層を部分的に形成し、次いでその上にスズよりもイオン化傾向の大きな金属とスズとの合金からなる微細島状形状の電波透過性金属光沢層を全面的に形成し、次いで水洗処理を行って水溶性パターン層とその上に形成された電波透過性金属光沢層とを剥離除去し、次いで接着層を全面的または部分的に形成することを特徴とする電波透過性転写材の製造方法。
- 電波透過性金属光沢層が、スズとアルミニウムとの合金からなるものである請求項1記載の電波透過性転写材の製造方法。
- 蛍光X線測定装置で測定した電波透過性金属光沢層の最表層の原子濃度(Atomic Concentration)がAl/Sn=0.01〜2.0である請求項2記載の電波透過性転写材の製造方法。
- 蛍光X線測定装置で測定した電波透過性金属光沢層の最表層の原子濃度(Atomic Concentration)がAl/Sn=0.15〜1.5である請求項2記載の電波透過性転写材の製造方法。
- 剥離性を有する基体シート上に、剥離層と、スズよりもイオン化傾向の大きな金属とスズとの合金からなる微細島状形状からなるパターン化された電波透過性金属光沢層と、接着層とが少なくとも形成されたことを特徴とする電波透過性転写材。
- 電波透過性金属光沢層が、スズとアルミニウムとの合金からなるものである請求項5記載の電波透過性転写材。
- 蛍光X線測定装置で測定した電波透過性金属光沢層の最表層の原子濃度(Atomic Concentration)がAl/Sn=0.01〜2.0である請求項6記載の電波透過性転写材。
- 蛍光X線測定装置で測定した電波透過性金属光沢層の最表層の原子濃度(Atomic Concentration)がAl/Sn=0.15〜1.5である請求項6記載の電波透過性転写材。
