Abstract
【解決手段】コラム1の正面に上下一対のガイド3が形成され、そのガイド3にサドル7が懸架され、サドル7が左右方向(紙面に垂直な方向)に移動可能になっている。ガイド3の案内面5とサドル7の摺動面9は接触すべり面である。予めシミュレーションして冷却する必要がある発熱量の多い摺動面9a、9b、9d、9eを特定する。その特定した発熱部位を冷却するための流体管路25を形成し、発熱量の少ない部位9aの方から発熱量の多い9eの方向に向けて冷却液を流して冷却液を循環する。

Description
また、本発明は、発熱部位の全てを冷却するものではなく、移動体の発熱が大きくて冷却する必要がある部位のみを特定して冷却するようにしたので、流体管路の経路を単純化して短くすることができるので、冷却液の供給量が少なくなり、装置全体が簡単になり安価にできる。

Claims (3)
- 工作機械の移動体の冷却方法であって、次の工程を含むもの、
(a)前記工作機械の運転時に発生する前記移動体の各部の発熱の状況を予測し、発熱が大きくて冷却する必要がある冷却部位を複数箇所特定する工程、
(b)前記特定した冷却部位に冷却液を流すための流体管路を形成する工程、
(c)前記流体管路内に所定温度に冷却した冷却液を供給し、前記特定した冷却部位の発熱が小さい部位の方から発熱が大きい部位の方に向けて冷却液を流して循環させる工程。 - 工作機械の移動体の冷却方法であって、次の各工程を含むもの、
(a)前記工作機械の設計段階において、設計データに基づいて前記工作機械の運転時に発生する前記移動体の各部の発熱量又は温度分布をシミュレーションし、発熱が大きくて冷却する必要がある冷却部位を複数箇所特定する工程、
(b)前記工作機械の製造段階において、冷却液が前記特定した冷却部位又はその近傍を順次通過して流れるように前記移動体に流体管路を形成する工程、
(c)前記工作機械の運転段階において、前記流体管路内に所定温度に冷却した冷却液を供給し、前記特定した冷却部位の発熱が小さい部位の方から発熱が大きい部位の方に向けて冷却液を流して循環させる工程。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械の移動体の冷却方法を実施する冷却装置であって、
前記工作機械の移動体に前記特定した冷却部位又はその近傍に冷却液を流すための流体管路を設け、該流体管路は冷却液が前記特定した冷却部位又はその近傍を順次通過して流れるように連通して形成され、
前記流体管路内に所定温度に冷却した冷却液を供給し、冷却液を循環させる冷却液循環手段を設けたことを特徴とする工作機械の移動体の冷却装置。
