Abstract
【解決手段】 充電禁止解除後の過充電検出の遅延時間を短くする遅延時間切替回路を設け、充電禁止解除後の過充電を検知した場合、通常の過充電検出遅延時間よりも短い遅延時間で充電を禁止する。

Claims (5)
- 二次電池の充放電を制御する充放電制御回路であって、
過充電電圧検出手段と、
前記過充電電圧検出手段が出力する信号を受けて、所定の遅延時間を計数後に前記信号を出力する遅延手段と、
前記過充電電圧検出手段が出力する信号と、前記遅延手段が出力する信号を受けて、前記遅延手段の遅延時間を切替る遅延時間切替手段と、を備え、
前記遅延手段は、第1の遅延時間と、前記第1の遅延時間よりも短い第2の遅延時間を計数する切替え手段を有し、
前記遅延時間切替手段は、過充電による充電禁止状態からの充電禁止解除後に、前記遅延回路へ前記第2の遅延時間へ切替る信号を出力し、
前記遅延手段は、前記第2の遅延時間で過充電を検出することを特徴とする充放電制御回路。 - 前記遅延手段はさらに、前記第2の遅延時間から前記第1の遅延時間に復帰するためのタイマー手段を有し、
前記タイマー手段が計数を終了した後は、前記第1の遅延時間で過充電を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充放電制御回路。 - 前記タイマー手段の計数するタイマー時間は、前記第1の遅延時間よりも短く、前記第2の遅延時間よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充放電制御回路。
- 前記遅延手段は、複数のフリップフロップ回路とスイッチ回路を備え、
前記スイッチ回路で前記複数のフリップフロップ回路を分割することによって、前記第2の遅延時間と、前記タイマー時間とを同時に計数することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の充放電制御回路。 - 充放電器を接続する端子に直列に接続された、二次電池および充放電電流制御回路と、
前記二次電池の両端の端子と電圧検出端子を接続し、充放電電流制御回路と制御信号出力端子を接続した、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の充放電制御回路と、を備えた充電式電源装置。
