Abstract
【解決手段】作用力(77)によって第1リンク(150)を回転させようとする作用モーメント(77m)は、スプリング(170)によって第1リンクを回転させようとするスプリングモーメントと反対方向に作用し、作用モーメント(77m)がスプリングモーメントよりも大きい場合、オープンレバー(180)と接触した第2リンク(160)の一側端面はオープンレバーをスライディングしながら第2リンクを第1リンクに対して回転させ、オープンレバーと第2リンクとの接触状態を解除する。

Claims (5)
- 第1ターミナル(2)に電気的に接続された状態で第2ターミナル(1)に接触し、前記第1ターミナル(2)と前記第2ターミナル(1)とを選択的に通電させる可動通電部(3)と、前記可動通電部(3)からの反発力(88)をトリップローラ(55)に作用力(77)として伝達する連結リンク(140)を含む開閉リンク部と、を備えた回路遮断器において、
オープンレバー(180)と、
前記トリップローラ(55)を回動可能に固定し、ラッチピン(150a)を中心に回動可能に設けられると共に、回動時に前記オープンレバー(180)に干渉されない大きさに形成される第1リンク(150)と、
一側端面が前記オープンレバー(180)と接触するように前記第1リンク(150)に回動可能に結合された第2リンク(160)と、
前記第1リンク150を前記オープンレバー(180)から離すスプリング力が作用するように、前記第1リンク(150)と前記第2リンク(160)との間に取り付けられたスプリングと、を含み、
前記作用力(77)によって前記第1リンク(150)を回転させようとする作用モーメント(77m)は、前記スプリング(170)によって前記第1リンク(150)を回転させようとするスプリングモーメント(Ms)と反対方向に作用し、前記作用モーメント(77m)の絶対値が前記スプリングモーメント(Ms)の絶対値よりも大きい場合、前記オープンレバー(180)と接触した前記第2リンク(160)の一側端面は前記オープンレバー(180)をスライディングしながら前記第2リンク(160)を前記第1リンク(150)に対して回転させ、前記オープンレバー(180)と前記第2リンク(160)との接触状態を解除するように構成されたことを特徴とする、自動解除リンク機構を備えた回路遮断器。 - 前記オープンレバー(180)と接触した前記第2リンク(160)の一側端面には、前記オープンレバー(180)に向く上向き変曲面(99)が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動解除リンク機構を備えた回路遮断器。
- 前記第2リンク(160)の回動中心は、前記ラッチピン(150a)と前記オープンレバー(180)との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動解除リンク機構を備えた回路遮断器。
- 前記第2リンク(160)の一側端面が前記オープンレバー(180)に接触した状態で、前記第2リンク(160)が前記オープンレバー(180)に近づく方向に回転するのを拘束するように、前記第2リンク(160)の他側端面が前記ラッチピン(150a)に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動解除リンク機構を備えた回路遮断器。
- 前記第1リンク(160)の内部にスプリングシート(171)が固着され、
前記第2リンク(160)は、前記第1リンク(150)の内部に1対で設置され、前記スプリングシート(171)と対向する面にスプリング安置部(160b)が形成され、
前記スプリング(170)は、前記スプリングシート(171)と前記第2リンク(160)のスプリング安置部(160b)との間に介在されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動解除リンク機構を備えた回路遮断器。
