Abstract
【解決手段】 バネ15の付勢により、第2部材14に備えたカムフォロア17が、トラニオン軸12と一体回動する第1部材13に形成したV字状のカムCの底部に位置することにより、トラニオン軸12が中立位置Nに復帰するように構成した静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構において、トラニオン軸12が予め設定した中立位置Nの近傍領域A1に位置する間、トラニオン軸12を中立位置Nに向けて付勢する補助付勢力を発生させる補助付勢手段34を備えてある。

Description
トラニオン軸と一体回動するとともにV字状に凹入するカムが形成された第1部材、
前記トラニオン軸と平行に配備した支軸を支点にして揺動するとともに前記カムに係入するカムフォロアを備えた第2部材、
および、前記カムフォロアが前記カムの底部に向かうように前記第2部材を揺動付勢するバネを備え、
前記バネの付勢により、前記カムフォロアが前記カムの底部に位置することによって前記トラニオン軸が中立位置に復帰するように構成した静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構において、
前記トラニオン軸が予め設定した前記中立位置の近傍領域に位置する間、前記トラニオン軸を前記中立位置に向けて付勢する補助付勢力を発生させる補助付勢手段を備えてあることを特徴とする。
前記補助付勢手段を、前記トラニオン軸が前記近傍領域に位置する間、前記カムフォロアが前記カムの底部に向かうように前記第2部材を揺動付勢することによって前記補助付勢力を発生させるように構成してあることを特徴とする。
前記第2部材に補助カムを形成し、この補助カムに接当する接当部材と、この接当部材を前記補助カムに向けて接当付勢する補助バネとを設けて、前記補助付勢手段を構成し、
前記補助カムを、前記トラニオン軸が前記近傍領域に位置する間は、前記補助バネの付勢力から前記補助付勢力を発生させ、かつ、前記トラニオン軸が前記近傍領域に位置しない間は、前記補助バネの付勢力から前記補助付勢力を発生させないように形成してあることを特徴とする。
前記補助付勢力の調節を可能にする調節手段を備えてあることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- トラニオン軸と一体回動するとともにV字状に凹入するカムが形成された第1部材、
前記トラニオン軸と平行に配備した支軸を支点にして揺動するとともに前記カムに係入するカムフォロアを備えた第2部材、
および、前記カムフォロアが前記カムの底部に向かうように前記第2部材を揺動付勢するバネを備え、
前記バネの付勢により、前記カムフォロアが前記カムの底部に位置することによって前記トラニオン軸が中立位置に復帰するように構成した静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構であって、
前記トラニオン軸が予め設定した前記中立位置の近傍領域に位置する間、前記トラニオン軸を前記中立位置に向けて付勢する補助付勢力を発生させる補助付勢手段を備えてあることを特徴とする静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構。 - 前記補助付勢手段を、前記トラニオン軸が前記近傍領域に位置する間、前記カムフォロアが前記カムの底部に向かうように前記第2部材を揺動付勢することによって前記補助付勢力を発生させるように構成してあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構。
- 前記第2部材に補助カムを形成し、この補助カムに接当する接当部材と、この接当部材を前記補助カムに向けて接当付勢する補助バネとを設けて、前記補助付勢手段を構成し、
前記補助カムを、前記トラニオン軸が前記近傍領域に位置する間は、前記補助バネの付勢力から前記補助付勢力を発生させ、かつ、前記トラニオン軸が前記近傍領域に位置しない間は、前記補助バネの付勢力から前記補助付勢力を発生させないように形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構。 - 前記補助付勢力の調節を可能にする調節手段を備えてあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の静油圧式無段変速装置の中立復帰機構。
