Abstract
【解決手段】発熱要素および放熱要素10の平行な層に対して直角に延在している、格子構造の第1の支柱が、ハウジングに割り当てられ、層に平行に延びている第2の支柱が、加熱ブロックによって画成されている。さらに、発熱要素の、絶縁材料から作製されている配置フレーム28を備えて、それぞれが少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子のための横並びに配置されている受け部を画成し、PTC加熱素子が導体路34,36の間に配置され、電気が伝わるようにPTC加熱素子がこれらの導体路34,36に接するように配置されている。

Claims (15)
- 平坦な加熱ブロック(8)であり、対向するフレーム開口(16,18)を画成しているハウジング(2)内に保持されており、放熱要素および発熱要素(10,12)の平行な層を含んでいる、前記加熱ブロック(8)と、
前記フレーム開口(16,18)それぞれを覆っており、かつ前記ハウジング(2)を補強している格子構造(20,43)と、
を備えている、電気加熱装置において、
前記層に対して直角に延在している、前記格子構造の第1の支柱(20)が、前記ハウジング(2)に割り当てられており、前記層に平行に延びている第2の支柱(43)が、前記加熱ブロック(8)によって画成されている、
ことを特徴とする、電気加熱装置。 - 前記第1の支柱(20)のそれぞれが、前記第1の支柱(20)の2つのセクション(40.1〜40.5)の間にフォームクロージャ状態に固定されるように、前記第2の支柱(43)が、前記第1の支柱(20)の間の複数のセクションとして延びている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記第2の支柱(43)が、前記第1の支柱(20)に対して前記第1の支柱(20)の長手方向に動くことができるように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記第2の支柱(43)が、絶縁材料によって作製されている配置フレーム(28)によって画成されており、前記配置フレーム(28)が、それぞれが少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子(30)のための横並びに設けられる受け部(32)、を画成しており、前記PTC加熱素子(30)が、(34,36)の間に配置されており、電気が伝わるように前記導体路(34,36)に接するように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記導体路(34,36)が前記PTC加熱素子(30)の両側に載っており、前記第2の支柱(43)の前記セクション(40.1〜40.5)が前記導体路(34,36)に外側から重なっている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記加熱ブロック(8)を前記ハウジング内にばねのテンション下で保持しているばね装置(96)によって、前記導体路(34,36)が前記PTC加熱素子(30)に接している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項4または請求項5に記載の電気加熱装置。 - 前記第2の支柱(43)の前記セクション(40.1〜40.5)の間の、前記発熱要素(30)の上側および下側が、前記導体路(34,36)によって画成されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項6のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置。 - 電気加熱装置の発熱要素(10)であって、
前記発熱要素(10)と少なくとも1つの放熱要素(12)とを含んでいる加熱ブロック(8)、を備えており、
前記加熱ブロック(8)が、対向するハウジング開口(16,18)を有するハウジング(2)内に保持されており、絶縁材料から作製されている配置フレーム(28)を備えており、前記配置フレーム(28)が、それぞれが少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子(30)のための横並びに配置されている受け部(32)、を画成しており、前記PTC加熱素子(30)が薄板金属帯(34,36)の間に配置されており、電気が伝わるように前記薄板金属帯(34,36)に前記PTC加熱素子(30)が接するように配置されている、
