Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 대향하는 프레임 개구(16, 18)를 정의하는 하우징(2);상기 하우징(2) 내에 유지되고 발열 엘리먼트(10) 및 방열 엘리먼트(12)의 수평층을 포함하는 평면 가열 블록(8); 및 상기 각각의 프레임 개구(16, 18)를 덮고 상기 하우징(2)을 보강하는 그리드 배열(20, 43)을 포함하는 전기 히터로서,상기 하우징(2)은 상기 수평층에 관하여 직각으로 연장되는 상기 그리드 배열의 제 1 스트러트(20)을 포함하고,상기 평면 가열 블록(8)은 상기 수평층에 관하여 평행하게 연장되는 제 2 스트러트(43)을 정의하고,상기 그리드 배열은 상기 하우징(2)의 제1 스트러트(20)와 상기 평면 가열 블록(8)의 제2 스트러트(43)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 스트러트(43)는 상기 제 1 스트러트(20)사이의 부에서 연장되고 따라서 상기 제 1 스트러트(20)는 형태 폐쇄식으로 상기 제 1 스트러트(20)의 두 개의 부(40.1 내지 40.5)사이에 각각 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 스트러트(43)는 상기 제 1 스트러트(20)를 중심으로 이동가능하도록 상기 제 1 스트러트(20)의 길이방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 스트러트(43)는 적어도 하나의 PTC가열 엘리먼트(30)를 위하여 각각 나란히 제공되는 리셉터클(32)을 정의하고 상기 PTC가열 엘리먼트(30)가 전도식으로 배치되는 도체로(34, 36)사이에 배치되는 절연재로 제조된 위치 프레임(28)에의해 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 도체로(34, 36)는 상기 PTC가열 엘리먼트(30)의 양측에 놓이고 상기 제 2 스트러트(43)의 부(40.1 내지 40.5)는 상기 도체로(34, 36)와 외부에서 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 도체로(34, 36)는 스프링 장력하에서 상기 하우징내의 상기 가열 블록(8)을 유지하는 스프링 장치(96)에 의하여 상기 PTC가열 엘리먼트(30)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 스트러트(43)의 부(40.1 내지 40.5)사이의 상기 발열 엘리먼트(10)의 상측 및 하측은 상기 도체로(34, 36)에 의해 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히터.
- 전기 히터의 발열 엘리먼트(10)로서, 상기 발열 엘리먼트(10) 및 적어도 하나의 방열 엘리먼트(12)를 포함하는 가열 블록(8)을 포함하고, 상기 가열 블록(8)은 대향하는 하우징 개구(16, 18)를 구비한 하우징(2)에 유지되고, PTC가열 엘리먼 트(30)가 도전식으로 위치되는 시트 금속 밴드(34, 36)사이에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 상기 PTC가열 엘리먼트(30)를 위하여 각각 나란히 배치된 리셉터클(32)을 정의하는 절연재로 형성된 위치 프레임(28)을 포함하는 상기 발열 엘리먼트(10)로서,상기 위치 프레임(28)은 도체로(34, 36)와 외부에서 중첩하고 상기 도체로(34, 36)에 접하고 상기 도체로(34, 36)를 둘러싸고 제한하는 유지 리지(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 엘리먼트(10).
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 유지 리지(40)는 에지측에서만 상기 도체로(34, 36)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 엘리먼트(10).
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 유지 리지(40)는 섹션식으로 형성되고 각각은 그 사이에 통로(41)를 정의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 엘리먼트(10).
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 통로(41)는 상기 위치 프레임(28)에 위치한 연속하는 시트 금속 밴드(34, 36)에 의해 형성된 도체로로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 엘리먼트(10).
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 유지 리지(40)는 인젝션 몰딩에 의해 상기 위치 프레임(28)과 일체로 형성되고 상기 도체로(34, 36)를 상기 위치 프레임(28)에 위치시킨 후 상기 도체로(34, 36)를 중첩시키도록 형성함으로써 탄력적으로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 엘리먼트(10).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 유지 리지(40)는 열성형에 의해 상기 도체로(34, 36)위로 굽는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열 엘리먼트(10).
- 발열 엘리먼트(10) 및 방열 엘리먼트(12)의 수평층을 구비한 평면 가열 블록(8)을 프레임식으로 둘러싸는 리셉터클(24) 및 상기 리셉터클(24)내에 상기 가열 블록(8)을 둘러싸는 프레임 개구(16, 18)를 정의하는 히터의 하우징으로서,상기 프레임 개구(16, 18)는 상기 발열 엘리먼트(10) 및 상기 방열 엘리먼트(12)의 상기 수평층에 대하여 직각으로만 연장되는 스트러트(20)가 산재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 리셉터클(22)을 정의하고, 상기 리셉터클(22)내에서, 방열 엘리먼트(12)가 상기 발열 엘리먼트(10) 및 상기 방열 엘리먼트(12)의 상기 층에 가로질러 제한부내에 이동가능하게 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징.
