Abstract
【解決手段】1本の入力軸14に対し第1〜第4中間軸15〜18を平行に配置し、入力軸と第4中間軸は3個のギヤよりなる中間伝達ギヤ列20を介して連結し、第1中間軸と第4中間軸、入力軸と第2中間軸および入力軸と第3中間軸の間に互いに並列に第1〜第3歯車変速機構20A,20B,20Cを設け、各歯車変速機構は、各2本の軸の間に設けたそれぞれ2組の前進変速ギヤ対21a,21b〜26a,26bと、各2組の前進変速ギヤ対の間に設けられてそれらによる各2本の軸の間の動力伝達を切り換える第1〜第3切換クラッチ30A,30B,30Cにより構成されている。第2または第3中間軸に回転自在に設けられた後進ギヤ27と後進切換クラッチ30Dよりなる後進歯車変速機構20Dをさらに備えてもよい。

Claims (4)
- エンジンにより回転駆動される入力軸と、駆動車輪に連結される出力軸と、前記入力軸と平行に配置されて前記出力軸に連結される複数の中間軸と、前記入力軸と各中間軸の間に設けられてそれぞれ複数のギヤ対と切換クラッチからなる複数の歯車変速機構を備えてなる6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、
前記複数の中間軸は第1〜第4中間軸よりなるとともにその第1〜第3中間軸はそれぞれに一体的に設けられた減速小ギヤとこの各減速小ギヤと噛合する共通の減速大ギヤを介して前記出力軸に連結され、
前記入力軸と第4中間軸は、それぞれに設けられた駆動ギヤおよび被動ギヤと、この両ギヤと噛合されるとともに前記第2中間軸または第3中間軸に回転自在に支持された遊転ギヤよりなる中間伝達ギヤ列を介して連結され、
前記複数の歯車変速機構は、前記第1中間軸と第4中間軸の間、前記入力軸と第2中間軸の間および前記入力軸と第3中間軸の間にそれぞれ配置された第1〜第3歯車変速機構よりなり、
前記第1〜第3歯車変速機構は、それぞれに対応する各2本の軸の間に設けられたそれぞれ2組の前進変速ギヤ対と、前記各2組の前進変速ギヤ対の間に設けられてそれらによる前記各2本の軸の間の動力伝達を切り換える第1〜第3切換クラッチよりなる
ことを特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、前記中間伝達ギヤ列の遊転ギヤが設けられていない方となる前記第2中間軸または第3中間軸に回転自在に設けられて前記中間伝達ギヤ列の遊転ギヤと噛合される後進ギヤと、この後進ギヤをそれが設けられる前記第2中間軸または第3中間軸に係合離脱させる後進切換クラッチよりなる後進歯車変速機構をさらに備えたことを特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。
- 請求項2に記載の6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、前記変速機は前記エンジンに対し直列に配置され、前記中間伝達ギヤ列は前記第1〜第3歯車変速機構よりも前記エンジン側に配置され、前記後進切換クラッチは前記第2または第3歯車変速機構と前記後進ギヤの間に配置されたことを特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、前記変速機は前記エンジンに対し直列に配置されて互いに一体的に連結されたことを特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。
