Description
Claims (11)
- ハウジングと、ハウジングに配置され、弾性ゴム材料から成る少なくとも1つのシール材(4,24)とを有し、平滑な端部を有する管を摩擦結合する固着要素であって、連結される管(1,2,21,22)の少なくとも1つを拘束し、断面は実質的にL字型に形成され、軸方向に延びる第1の突出部(7,14,18,27)、及び第1の突出部と鋭角をなして延びる第2の突出部(8,15,19,28)を有し、第1及び第2の突出部の間が好ましくは半径状の部分(9,29)として形成され、第2の突出部(8,15,19,28)は、少なくとも部分的に軸方向に走るスリット(10,30)を備え、スリット(10,30)は第1及び第2の突出部の間、又は半径状の部分(9,29)を越えて第1の突出部まで延びる管連結用の固着要素において、スリット(10,30)は、固着要素(5,6,25)の幅全体に延び、実質的にスリットに対して横断する方向に交差し、弾性変形又は塑性変形が可能なスタッド(11,31)を有することを特徴とする固着要素。
- 突出部(7,8,14,15,18,19,27,28)は、その断面において、少なくともその長さの一部に亘って溝部(12)を有する請求項1に記載の固着要素。
- 第1の突出部(7,14,18,27)は、軸方向において少なくとも部分的に管軸方向に向かって弓なりに形成される請求項1又は2に記載の固着要素。
- 第1の突出部(14)の自由端が放射状に外側に向かって突出したノブ(16)又は爪を備えている請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の固着要素。
- 軸方向に離間して配置された相互に対向するL字型の断面に形成された2つの固着要素(25)が軸方向に伸びる第1の突出部(27)により全体的に相互に結合するか、及び/又はL字型に形成された固着要素(25)が断面において実質的にC字型に形成される請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載の固着要素。
- スリット(30)が固着要素(25)の幅全体に延びる請求項5に記載の固着要素。
- 各スリット(30)に長さ方向に配置された少なくとも2つのスタッド(31)が備えられている請求項5又は6に記載の固着要素。
- 各スリット(30)に等間隔で配置された少なくとも3つのスタッド(31)が備えられている請求項9に記載の固着要素。
- 実質的にスリット付スリーブとして形成され、縦長のスリット(32)の範囲において、一方の端部が他方の端部をつかむ舌部(26)を備える請求項5から8までのいずれか1に記載の固着要素。
- 舌部(26)が周辺方向から見て弓なりに形成される請求項9に記載の固着要素。
- まず外形が切り出されるか打ち抜かれ、次に溝部が形成され、第2の突出部が曲げられ、さらに固着要素が円形に形成される請求項1から10のいずれか1に記載の固着要素を製造する方法。
