Abstract

Description
キャリアフィルム(c)
フィルムキャリアとして、全てのフィルムのポリマーキャリア、より詳しくは、透明であるかかるキャリアを使用することが原則として可能である。このように、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリメタクリレート、フッ素化ポリマーフィルム等を使用することができる。1つの特に好ましい実施形態では、ポリエステルフィルム、特に好ましくはPETフィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルムを使用する。フィルムは、張力除去された形で存在してもよく、または1つ以上の選択方向を有してもよい。選択方向は、1つまたは2つの方向において伸長することによって達成される。通常、例えば、二酸化ケイ素、ペブルチョークまたはチョーク、またはゼオライトなどの粘着防止剤は、例えば、PETフィルムなどのフィルムの製造プロセスのために用いられる。
充填剤含有粘着剤(b)および(b’)
光吸収粘着層の製造のために、粘着剤(b)および(b’)をカーボンブラック顔料とブレンドする。これらの顔料を有色ペーストの形で用いることができる。
粘着剤積層物(a)/(b)および(a’)/(b’)

コーティングプロセス
調製について、1つの好ましい実施形態において顔料充填粘着剤が溶液からキャリア材料上にコートされる。顔料は、高速度撹拌機を用いて予め粘着剤中に攪拌された。キャリアフィルム(c)への粘着剤(b)および(b’)の定着を改善するために、それらを予備処理することができる。従って予備処理を例えばコロナによってまたはプラズマによって実施してもよく、プライマーを溶融体からまたは溶液から適用することができ、またはエッチングが化学的に行われてもよい。
試験方法
A.透過率
透過率はバイオテック・コントロン(Biotek Kontron)社のユビコン(Uvikon)923を用いて190〜900nmの波長範囲において測定される。測定は23℃において行われる。絶対透過率は、完全光吸収に対して%単位で550nmの値として記録される(透過率0%=光透過性なし、透過率100%=完全な光透過性)。
B.ピンホール
非常に強い商用光源(例えば、リーゼガンクトレイナー(Liesegangtrainer)400KCタイプ649タイプのオーバーヘッドプロジェクタ、36Vのハロゲンランプ、400W)は、光が絶対に逃げないようにマスクで覆われる。このマスクは、直径5cmの円形開口をその中心に備える。両面LCD粘着テープがこの円形開口上に置かれる。完全に暗くされた環境において、次にピンホールの数が電子的にまたは目視によって計算される。光源がオンにされるとき、これらのピンホールを光が入射するドットとして見ることができる。
ポリマー1(充填剤なし)
ラジカル重合のために通常である200 L反応器に2400gのアクリル酸、64kgの2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、6.4kgのN−イソプロピルアクリルアミドおよび53.3kgのアセトン/イソプロパノール(95:5)を入れた。窒素ガスを45分間にわたり攪拌しながら反応器を通過させた後、反応器を58℃に加熱し、40gの2,2’−アゾイソブタン酸ニトリル(AIBN)を添加した。次いで外部加熱槽を75℃に加熱し、反応をこの外部温度において絶えず実施した。1時間の反応時間の後、40gのAIBNを再び添加した。5時間および10時間後、毎度15kgのアセトン/イソプロパノール(95:5)で希釈を行った。6時間および8時間後、毎度、各場合において800gのアセトンに溶かした100gのジシクロヘキシルペルオキシジカーボネート(ペルカドックス(Perkadox)16(登録商標)、アクゾ・ノーベル(Akzo Nobel))を添加した。反応は24時間の反応時間の後に終了し、反応混合物を室温に冷却した。
ポリマー2(充填剤入り)
ポリマー1をプリンテックス(Printex)25(登録商標)(デグサ)またはシコフラッシュ・L・シュバルツ0063(登録商標)(BASF)と混合する。有色ペーストの量は、充填剤入り粘着層の全カーボンブラック分率が10重量%であるように選択される。高速撹拌機を用いて、カーボンブラック顔料が45分にわたり粘着剤中に均質に分散される。
粘着層の製造
粘着剤をシリコーン処理剥離フィルム(ロパレックス(Loparex)社の75μmPETフィルム)上に溶液からコートし、10分間、100℃の乾燥キャビネット内で乾燥させた。
結果

Claims (12)
- 上面および下面を含む粘着テープであって、上面および下面を有するキャリアフィルムをさらに含み、その上面およびその下面の両方にそれぞれ少なくとも1つの外側粘着層を備える粘着テープ、特に、光学液晶データディスプレイ(LCD)を製造または接着するための粘着テープにおいて、前記フィルムの少なくとも一方の面に染料を含有しない粘着層と着色粘着層との積層物が設けられていることを特徴とする、上記粘着テープ。
- 前記染料を含有しない粘着層が透明であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記着色粘着層が黒色であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記着色粘着層が、前記キャリアフィルムと前記染料を含有しない粘着層との間に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記染料を含有しない粘着層が、前記粘着テープ面の前記外側粘着層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 以下の層順序:
透明な粘着剤−着色粘着剤−キャリアフィルム−透明な粘着剤を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着剤。 - 以下の層順序:
透明な粘着剤−着色粘着剤−キャリアフィルム−着色粘着剤−透明な粘着剤を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープ。 - 前記キャリアフィルムが5〜250μm、より好ましくは8〜50μm、最も好ましくは12〜36μm、特に12μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープ。
- 前記染料を含有しない層が5〜135μmの厚さを有し、
充填剤含有層が5〜135μmの厚さを有し、および/または
少なくとも1つの積層物が140μm以下の層厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープ。 - 光学液晶データディスプレイ(LCD)を製造または接着結合するための、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープの使用。
- LCDガラスを接着結合するための請求項10に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着テープを含むことを特徴とする液晶データディスプレイ装置。
