Claims (12)
- 自動車の窓パネルにおいて、該窓パネルが、
事実上透明なプラスチック基板と、
基板表面に付着させた保護コーティング・システムと
保護コーティング・システムに付着させたインキとを含み、前記インキが定着剤を含み、該定着剤により保護コーティングの表面に付着するようにされ、定着剤なしには保護コーティング表面に付着しないようにされている、自動車の窓パネル。 - 前記定着剤が第1と第2の末端を有する分子であり、各末端が反応官能基を包含するシラン・カップリング剤を有する、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- カップリング剤の前記反応官能基が、分子の両末端の一方の末端のヒドロキシル官能基及びアルコキシ官能基の1つと、分子の他方の末端のメルカプト−、イソシアネート−、シアノ−、アミノ−各官能基の1つとから成る、請求項2に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記インキが、導電インキと装飾インキの少なくとも一方である、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記インキが、導電性の粒子、フレーク、粉体、それらの混合物の1つを有するポリマー母材から成る、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- ポリマー母材が、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリ酢酸ビニル樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、これらの樹脂の混合物の1つである、請求項5に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記導電インキが、次の成分、すなわち銀、銅、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、ニッケル、錫、金属ジカルコゲナイド、ポリアニリン、無定形炭素、炭素−黒鉛の少なくとも1つを包含する、請求項5に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記インキが装飾インキであり、該装飾インキが、アクリル樹脂インキ、アクリル/ニトロセルローズ樹脂インキ、ニトロセルローズ/ポリアミド樹脂インキ、ビニル/アクリル樹脂インキ、アルキド樹脂インキ、ビニル/ポリエステル樹脂インキ、ビニル樹脂インキ、ポリカーボネート樹脂インキ、ポリエステル樹脂インキ、これらの混合物のいずれか1つから成る、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記インキが装飾インキであり、該装飾インキが、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、アクリル樹脂、それらの混合物のいずれかから成る、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記保護コーティング・システムが、シリコーン硬質被覆、ポリウレタン・コーティング、アクリル・コーティング、ポリウレタン−アクリレート共重合体、ガラスフィルム・コーティング、これらの混合物のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記保護コーティング・システムが、アクリル/シリコーン/ガラス−フィルム・コーティング・システムを含む、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
- 前記保護コーティング・システムが、アクリル・プライマー、シリコーン硬質被覆、プラズマ化学気相成長法(PECVD)により付着させたSiOxCyHzガラス・フィルムを含む、請求項1に記載された窓パネル。
