Claims (14)
- 加工面(11)のほうを向いた少なくとも1つの粗加工用の切削インサート(15)と工作物の精密加工をするための研削部材(9)とを備える工具本体(3)を有する、軸(A)を中心として回転可能な工作物を加工する工具(1)において、
前記研削部材(9)は前記工具本体(3)に対して相対的に引き込まれた休止位置から前記加工面(11)に向って加工位置へと位置調節可能であることを特徴とする工具。 - 前記工具本体(3)に前記研削部材(9)と機械的に連結された変位可能な押圧プレート(5)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記押圧プレート(5)は流体の圧力室(49)を仕切っていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記工具本体(3)は開口部(51)を介して前記圧力室(49)と接続された冷却流体供給配管(53)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記圧力室(49)は冷却流体通路(31)を介して前記加工面(11)に向う方向へ開いていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記工具本体(3)には前記加工面(11)に向う前記押圧プレート(5)の変位を制限する受け部(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記受け部(7)は取付リングの形式で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記研削部材(9)はばね部材(27)によって引き込まれた休止位置で保持されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の工具(1)。
- 前記受け部と前記押圧プレート(5)の間に圧縮ばね部材(27)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7および8に記載の工具(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの粗加工用の切削インサート(15)と工作物の精密加工をするための研削部材(9)とを備える工具本体(3)を有する、軸(A)を中心として回転する工具(2)によって工作物を切削加工する方法において、
工作物を精密加工するために、前記研削部材(9)が前記工具本体(3)に対して相対的に引き込まれた休止位置から工作物と係合する加工位置へと位置調節されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記研削部材(9)は前記工具本体(3)に流体で生成される圧力によって前記加工位置へと移動することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 冷却流体としてエーロゾルが供給されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 粗加工と精密加工が同時に行われることを特徴とする、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ねずみ鋳鉄加工のときは600から1200m/minまでの切削速度が設定され、軽金属加工のときは2000から10000m/minまでの切削速度が設定されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
