- マイクロ流体カートリッジであって、

互いにほぼ平行で互いから第2の距離にある第1の表面および第2の表面を有する第2の部材と、を有し、
前記第1の部材の前記第2の表面が、前記第2の部材の前記第1の表面上に位置され、
前記第2の部材が、前記第1の表面に標的領域を有し、
前記第1の部材が、前記第1の表面から前記2の表面を通る開口部を有し、
前記開口部が、前記標的領域にわたって位置される、マイクロ流体カートリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載のカートリッジであって、
前記開口部が、前記第1の部材の前記第1の表面の一方の側に縁部を有し、
前記縁部の中心の点が、前記第2の部材の前記第1の表面に対してほぼ垂直の線に沿った、前記第2の部材の前記第1の表面までの距離yを有し、
前記点が、前記標的領域までの前記開口部内の直線に沿った、前記標的領域からの距離zを有する、カートリッジ。 - 請求項2に記載のカートリッジであって、y/zが0.3未満である、カートリッジ。
