U.S. Pat. No. 5,465,437 issued by Herman William David describes a bathing device that allows a person with a disability to clean comfortably and safely in a shower or in a bathtub. This device is built on a parquet floor or bathtub and is firmly placed and allows the disabled to sit when entering and exiting the bathtub enclosure and when it is cleaned in the enclosure The chair seat is equipped. The chair seat includes a first turning mechanism fixed to a lower portion of the seat so as to support the seat performing a related operation on the support frame. The said support frame is provided with the 2nd turning mechanism which forms the fixed base turning axis of a fixed position with respect to the floor part of the said bathtub housing | casing. The extension processing unit is provided with a third turning mechanism at the top end for fitting in the first turning mechanism of the chair seat for the purpose of performing a turning operation in which the extension axis is parallel to the basic turning axis. Combine. In addition, the extension processing unit is provided with a fourth turning mechanism at the lower end for fitting the second turning mechanism of the support frame for the purpose of turning the basic turning shaft. The extension processing unit is constructed to support the chair seat on the support frame, and further outside the bathtub housing position where a person can attach or remove the seat. And the seat can move between the inside of the bathtub housing that can be comfortably bathed when a person arrives at the seat. However, by definition, it cannot achieve a standing state. Furthermore, it does not have a user operation condition setting, nor does it have a preprogrammed operation program.
US Pat. No. 6,033,168 to Steedman William David discloses a device for moving a user in and out of a bathtub. This apparatus is provided with a seat seat attached by turning cooperation. This seat is lifted by a ram. When the swivel coordination is arranged and the seat is lifted up to a certain height, the seat tilts backward to lift the person's leg on the seat and move far above the bathtub. U.S. Pat. No. 5,366,036 to Perry Dale E describes a wheelchair and selectively positions the user from a sitting upper body or standing or reclining. This wheelchair includes a frame portion that supports a user's body in a reclining state, a sitting state, and a standing state. A single positioning actuator is used to selectively move the user within the frame. A programmable control unit controls the operation of both the chassis drive motor and the positioning actuator. The frame part and the chassis component are connected to each other, and a desired position state is realized by a minimum number of electromechanical structures. By sliding the back frame, the shearing force on the user's back is removed. The foot resting part and the frame part move toward the rear part of the wheelchair so that the weight of the user is on the axis of the large front wheel when the user moves to the standing state. A shock absorber is provided on the back frame to minimize instability at the rear of the wheelchair and provide additional lifting force in the reclining state. Parallel arms are provided to move the control terminal to the side of the wheelchair. When changing the position of US Pat. No. 5,366,036, the back tends to create a shear force against the back of the wheelchair user. This shearing force is what strikes the user's clothes, but it stimulates the skin by slipping back to the rear with virtually no resilience. The inner back frame and the outer back frame are slidably connected to remove the shear pressure applied to the user's back. The body frame has a slidable base that moves the weight of the body frame and the user to the rear of the wheelchair when the wheelchair is deformed from a sitting state to a standing state. However, the embodiment related to bathing is neither described nor suggested, there is no condition setting by the user, and there is no preprogrammed operation program.

12-14 show another exemplary embodiment of the multi-position support apparatus of the present invention with a single engine. It is a new advantage of this embodiment that the position of the device is changed from a sitting state to a reclining state while using one engine.
FIG. 12 shows an exemplary embodiment of a

In FIG. 13, in order to move the device from a standing state to a sitting state, the
In order to comfortably support the user's leg when the

FIG. 14 shows the multi-position support device in a sitting state. The movement of the device from the sitting state to the standing state is achieved by the reverse sequence of the movement from the standing state to the sitting state.
It is understood that the

In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the
In the following, the term “sprinkler” includes any device containing liquid, including but not limited to water diffusers used for rinsing and bathing, including, for example, jets, sprinkler jets, and nozzles. .
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, all or some of the sprinklers can be provided on the device side of the multi-position support device 10 (not shown). The device provided on the side of the
When bathing, the user gets wet from multiple directions. This wetting process is at least partially performed using a sprinkler.
As is known in the art, the sprinkler may be secured thereto, may be movable, may be portable, and may be held by hand.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the sprinkler for wetting the user's back is attached to the
Furthermore, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it has at least one sprinkler provided on one or both of the armrests of the
Furthermore, the
15 and 16 show a typical massage device with optional use in the present invention. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, this massage is performed by two fingers connected to each other according to the quality of the item. The other finger also operates according to the vertical and horizontal movements of one finger.
Optionally, massage fingers that move freely on the vertical axis are incorporated. Due to this freedom of movement, the user feels movement in the back, and the structure of the chair with respect to the structure of the back of the user is adjusted.
Without limiting the scope of the invention, it is possible to use more than one finger, it is possible to use one finger, or any other equivalent structure. It is understood that there is.
The massage device of the present invention is incorporated in the seat, back rest, and leg rest.
The massage part performs an operation for improving uniform cleaning with a liquid, and the cleaning agent reaches a part of the body that is unreachable or difficult to reach by a user. In practice, the massage finger can clean the entire back of the user without the user moving.
Furthermore, the massage unit according to the present invention increases circulation and has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. In addition, the massage part helps remove dead keratinocytes. Dead keratinocytes can potentially cause sebaceous cyst development if they remain undetected.
When the user leans on the plurality of massage parts, there is a certain distance between the user and the ejection part, which improves the diffusion of water into the user's body. Further, by adopting such a structure, the possibility of clogging the ejected matter is reduced, and the flow rate at the time of bathing by the user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the
As shown in FIG. 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the back
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the leg support
When the
In an exemplary embodiment, at least one of the head support, the back support, and the leg support is a movable part.
Moreover, the movable part is achieved by optionally using the following optional embodiment.
(A) Two or more trajectories. Hereinafter, the term “trajectory” shall refer to any device that can operate along a particular direction.
(B) Providing a spring to fix the movable part is a typical solution that ensures that the movable part does not operate independently. In order to prevent immediate operation by the spring, the spring may be provided with a piston.
(C) Use a telescopic part. A typical telescopic part is an impact absorbing device such as used in a motorcycle or a vehicle trunk. The functionality of the telescopic part ensures that the support part does not operate on its own, and further prevents it from operating independently when the user gets up momentarily, e.g. It is to secure.
The use of the telescopic part is merely an example, and the movable part may have any known technique, such as the prior art of a wheelchair disclosed in the section describing the background art of the present invention. However, it is not limited thereto. As long as there is no command to change the angular position of the
The moving part moves along at least one orbit. Optionally, one track is provided below the middle portion of the back support, and two tracks, or other equivalent mounting, are provided below the sides of the back support.
Optionally, instead of using moving parts, it is possible to use a device that operates on an orbit with an engine. This is made possible by the distance that the user's back moves depends on the angular position of the chair device and can therefore be measured in advance.
Optionally, the movable back device operates with the head support.
Optionally, the back support can be divided into more than one part. Another option is that the head support is separate from the back support, which makes the multi-position support device adjustable for the discreet different user.
The start position of the movable part is determined according to the height of a specific user. In this case, the multi-position support device of the present invention adjusts for users with different heights by operating the position of the movable portion according to the height of the user. When the height of the user is high, the starting position of the movable part is further away when the apparatus is standing.
Next, the movable part in a typical multi-position support apparatus will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1,
The following example describes the operation of said part (11, 14) to prevent unpleasant friction when this device changes the angular position. When an active control system that controls the position and movement of the moving part is used, the
Another option is to use moving parts without active control. The movable part is provided on the slide. When the user sits down, the
The method by the movable part as a typical method can be implemented in any of the user's body support parts including the back support part and the leg support part. Since related operations are necessary, at least one of the back support portion and the leg support portion may be a movable portion. In this case, at least one of the back support part and the leg support part moves, and the seating part does not need to move.
The shower room or tub is equipped with at least one drain pipe to collect and drain the liquid to a sewage system or a suitable treatment system. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the

In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the outlet of the integrated toilet is directly connected to either a suitable waste disposal system or an existing toilet bowl. The integrated toilet may be used together with a bidet or a sit-bath known in this field.

The spring of the present invention can be made by various methods. For example, the use of leaf springs is disclosed in U.S. Patent Application No. 20040111799 to Ernst Bock. Bock discloses an elastic spring portion designed like a leaf spring, and includes a connection region and a support region, and connects the spring region to the connection region and the support region. The connection areas are used to secure leaf springs (leaf springs) to each lying surface. In order to attach the spring part to the respective lying surface, the connecting region is provided with a receiving part formed, for example, in a passage hole, which is introduced and screwed through a fixing device such as a screw. Further, the connection area includes a quick snap fitting portion, and the snap fitting portion is inserted into the corresponding recess. Further, the connection area is provided with a lot of quick snap fitting portions and is connected to the corresponding recesses, and is inserted into the corresponding recesses or installed in the corresponding projection units.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a wide support area is formed by arranging a plurality of leaf springs. The leaf spring is attached to one place on the surface so as to be circular. This circular coupling gives the spring the ability to bend elastically in all directions on the surface, with a bending angle of 360 degrees. For example, the leaf spring can be bent in the horizontal direction and further bent in the vertical direction. Each leaf spring part can be individually adjusted with respect to the amount and direction of force according to the body weight of the user. For example, when the leaf spring is installed on the back rest, the leaf spring is adjusted to support the back of the user.
When the leaf springs are installed adjacent to each other, a small gap is left to prevent the user's skin from being tightened. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, several elastic springs of the same or different degree of hardness are connected to each other as needed and connected to the underlying surface based on the modular concept. This achieves the individualization of the degree of comfort in the lying state as described above, and it is possible to combine various different parts with respect to the module concept.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the spring portions may have different degrees of spring stiffness, thereby allowing the spring portions having different degrees of spring stiffness to be individually coupled together. In addition, the spring portion can be adjusted not only in terms of the hardness of the spring. The different spring hardness makes it possible to better support sensitive parts of the body such as the head.
The extensive support of the novel spring surface according to the present invention provides maximum comfort and there is no need to add a mattress over the spring surface. Due to the comfort of the surface of the spring part, the user can lean on the surface of the spring part with bare skin without clothing, but there is no discomfort. By using the surface of the spring part without covering or mattress, cleaning of the surface of the spring part can be easily and promptly performed, so that hygienic use in public facilities is provided. Furthermore, by covering the surface of the spring portion with a sheet or other covering, this covering can be easily replaced by different users, so that more hygienic use is provided.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the spring surface is applied to a bathtub and used. Preferably, the sprinkler is attached to the connection area to the support device. In that case, the spring portion should be designed to have a configuration that allows maximum diffusion of the liquid from the sprinkler. FIGS. 17 to 20 show typical configurations characterized by very good liquid diffusion behavior.
The sprinkler is also installed behind the spring surface or behind the support device. As shown in FIGS. 17 to 20, the leaf spring covers the user's body surface in a small ratio range, and as a result, allows good bathing.
Preferably, when designing the bathing surface, it is preferable to use a leaf spring rather than using other spring configurations such as a helical spring. A leaf spring is preferred over other forms of springs, since the minimum support area and the shape of the spring portion of the leaf spring ensure the good diffusion of liquid into the user's body. Is. Furthermore, since the spring part is bent in each direction, the leaf spring surface distributes the body weight of the user better. Thereby, the surface of the spring part becomes more comfortable and can be used without wearing clothes.
By using the spring portion without a mattress or a covering, it becomes possible to maintain better hygiene. This is because there is no need to clean the mattress in the case of unintentional leakage of body fluid, which is common when using the device in hospitals and nursing homes.
The leaf spring covers a small proportion of the user's body surface, and as a result, optimally diffuses the bathing liquid into the user's body and enables good bathing.
The surface of the spring portion is made of springs having different sizes and hardnesses that provide the most comfortable degree depending on the size of the surface.
The spring cushioning surface according to the present invention absorbs pressure by the structure of each spring part, and therefore does not impair the form of appearance under a compressive load.
