The two parts of the backrest sit-up plate 1 are respectively used for the patient to turn over, the two parts of the foot placing plate 3 are used for selectively adjusting the injured foot to support, and the non-injured foot can be selectively supported or not supported. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a detachable hinge 201 is connected between the nursing leg plate 2 and the hip support plate 5, and the nursing leg plate 2 includes a right half-leg plate 202 and a left half-leg plate 203 which are arranged side by side.
Portions of the two nursing leg plates 2 are also selectively supportive of the fractured leg, with the leg that is not injured being selectively supportive or non-supportive. When the patient does not need the nursing leg plate 2 or the patient is well recovered, the detachment hinge 201 can be detached together with the nursing leg plate 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the adjusting assembly 6 of the present invention includes a first compressor 601, a V-shaped connecting rod 602 is connected to a right end of the first compressor 601, a horizontal pushing rod 604 is connected to a right end of the V-shaped connecting rod 602, a transfer shaft 603 is disposed at a connection between the V-shaped connecting rod 602 and the horizontal pushing rod 604, a first vertical brace 605 and a second vertical brace 606 are connected between the horizontal pushing rod 604 and the footrest 3, a second compressor 608 is disposed on a left side of the first compressor 601, an inverted V-shaped connecting rod 609 is connected to a left end of the second compressor 608, an inclined brace 610 is connected to an upper end of the inverted V-shaped connecting rod 609, and an oil pressure pump jack 607 is disposed between the first compressor 601 and the second compressor 608.
The adjusting assembly 6 mainly has a driving adjusting function, and the first telescopic machine 601 controls the V-shaped connecting rod 602 to drive the flat push rod 604 to drive the foot board 3 to extend and retract through the first vertical supporting rod 605 and the second vertical supporting rod 606. The second compressor 608 carries the inclined strut 610 connected to the V-link 609 to push the reclining board 1 to raise. The oil pressure pump jack 607 is used for turning over the patient and adjusting the height of the chair.
It should be noted that the adjusting assembly 6 is divided into a left half and a right half, and the control process is also controlled independently, so that the patient can be helped to realize the function of mechanical assistance in turning over, and only one leg of some patients has fracture, so that the patient can selectively use the recuperation leg plate 2 to facilitate the free movement of the other healthy leg. The specific process of the overall power adjustment is that the first compressor 601 is fixedly designed, the first compressor 601 can drive the V-shaped connecting rod 602 to move back and forth, when the V-shaped connecting rod 602 moves rightwards, the horizontal push rod 604 moves rightwards and drives the first vertical supporting rod 605 and the second vertical supporting rod 606 to support the foot plate 3, if the foot plate 3 is not needed, the first compressor 601 is controlled to retract and operate, the V-shaped connecting rod 602 moves leftwards, the V-shaped connecting rod 602 drives the horizontal push rod 604 to move leftwards and downwards in the leftward movement process, and at the moment, the first vertical supporting rod 605 and the second vertical supporting rod 606 also move leftwards and downwards, so that the foot plate 3 can be tilted, and a patient can place a leg on the tilted foot plate 3 conveniently. The whole device is divided into two sets of control components which are independently controlled, thereby being convenient for the actual needs of patients. Similarly, the turning operation is performed by using two hydraulic pump lifters 607 to operate the right half back plate 101 and the left half back plate 102, respectively, so that the turning condition of the patient can be controlled when the heights of the two plate surfaces are adjusted to be different, for example, when the patient turns right, the left half part is only required to be controlled to be higher than the right half part.
As shown in fig. 4, the hydraulic pump jack 607 includes a first side body hydraulic pump 607a disposed below the right half back plate 101 and a second side body hydraulic pump 607b disposed below the left half back plate 102, and the lift hydraulic pump 607c is disposed at the lower end of the hip pad 503.
The first side body oil pressure pump machine 607a controls the height of the right half back plate 101, the second side body oil pressure pump machine 607b controls the height of the left half back plate 102, when the patient needs to turn over, the first side body oil pressure pump machine 607a or the second side body oil pressure pump machine 607b only needs to be slightly adjusted to use the height difference formed by the two parts, so that the patient can be easily helped to turn over. The lifting oil pressure pump 607c directly adjusts the height of the hip support plate 5, and realizes the lifting adjustment of the hip support plate 5. For the gap between the right half back plate 101 and the left half back plate 102 generated during the turning, a layer of protective pad is generally laid above the right half back plate 101 and the left half back plate 102 under the safety consideration, so that the comfort of the patient is increased and the patient is prevented from being injured by clamping during the turning.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lifting hydraulic pump 607c is a manual adjustment pump, a pump pedal 607d is provided at the upper end of the lifting hydraulic pump 607c, and the first side body hydraulic pump 607a and the second side body hydraulic pump 607b are both electrically and automatically controlled pumps.
The pump pedal 607d of the lifting oil pressure pump 607c can be directly adjusted by feet, so that the height of the nursing staff can be inconveniently adjusted, and the height adjustment is convenient for the nursing staff to perform corresponding nursing operation. The turning-over operation can be automatically adjusted.
As shown in fig. 5, two detachable foot rests 801 parallel to each other are disposed at the front end of the bottom end support frame 8, a resting foot rest 802 is disposed at the bottom end of each of the two detachable foot rests 801, and a horizontal isolation soft belt 803 is disposed at the inner side of each of the two detachable foot rests 801.

The tire fixed brake valve 901 prevents the wheelchair from being too fast when descending a slope, and helps to control the running speed of the wheelchair.
As shown in fig. 6, the leg exercising device 10 of the present invention includes an upper leg 1001, a lower leg 1002 is connected to a left lower end of the upper leg 1001, a mechanical link 1009 is disposed at a connection between the upper leg 1001 and the lower leg 1002, a rotation pin 10010 is disposed on the mechanical link 1009, an upper spring plate 1004 is disposed on a surface of the upper leg 1001, a plurality of upper plate fixing clips 1005 are disposed on a surface of the upper spring plate 1004, a lower spring plate 1007 is disposed on a surface of the lower leg 1002, a plurality of lower plate fixing clips 1008 are disposed on a surface of the lower spring plate 1007, fastening slots 1006 are disposed on both the upper plate fixing clips 1005 and the lower plate fixing clips 1008, and an extension spring 1003 is connected between the two fastening slots 1006.
When a mild patient can freely move, some strength training needs to be performed, the speed of adding the legs and feet for recovery is increased, the legs of the patient are placed into the upper wrapping leg 1001 and the lower wrapping leg 1002, the positions of the fixing buckle 1005 and the fastening clamp groove 1006 on the upper spring plate 1004 and the lower spring plate 1007 are adjusted, and the adjustment is performed according to actual conditions, because the strength of the extension spring 1003 is changed according to the change of the extension length, the patient can normally start to recover to perform small-stretching movement, the stretching amount can be properly increased, the patient can stretch the legs back and forth, and the extension spring 1003 is pulled to achieve the purpose of exercise.
As shown in fig. 6, a ring of fixing bandage 10011 is disposed on the surface of the upper leg wrap 1001 and the lower leg wrap 1002, and a tension adjusting ring 10012 is disposed on the fixing bandage 10011.
