膜形成温度が15℃未満の部分的に架橋されたアクリルモノマーナノ粒子の水懸濁液(B)を少なくとも一種と、の混合物を含有する。
本水性組成物は、約20000未満の低分子量のアクリルポリマーの溶液(C)であって高い酸価を有しpH約7〜8.5に中和される溶液(C)を更に含有できる。
Description
ガラス転移温度が55℃以上、好ましくは60℃を超える硬いアクリルポリマーナノ粒子の水懸濁液(A)を少なくとも一種、及びこれに組合せて用いる、該ポリマーの凝集溶剤及び/又は可塑溶剤を少なくとも一種、
膜形成温度が15℃未満である、予め架橋されたアクリルモノマーナノ粒子の水懸濁液(B)を少なくとも一種、
の混合物を含有することを特徴とする。
Joncryl538は、酸ポリマーと(メタ)アクリルエステル/スチレンとの水懸濁液であり、膜形成温度(TMF)は60℃、ガラス転移温度(Tg)は64℃である。
Joncryl8224はアクリル懸濁液であり、TMFは10℃、Tgは46℃付近である。
Joncryl HPD71Eは、(メタ)アクリルエステルとスチレンポリマー/酸のアンモニウム塩の水溶液である。
懸濁液(B)を省いて実施例1に係る配合物を調製する。得られる爪磨き剤は、事前に架橋したポリマーが存在しないため、硬化時間が長く、除去が困難である。
Claims (15)
- ガラス転移温度が55℃以上の硬いアクリルポリマーナノ粒子の水懸濁液(A)を少なくとも一種、及びこれに組合せて用いる、該ポリマーの凝集溶剤及び/又は可塑溶剤を少なくとも一種、
膜形成温度が15℃未満である、予め架橋されたアクリルモノマーナノ粒子の水懸濁液(B)を少なくとも一種、
の混合物を含有することを特徴とする水性爪磨き組成物。 - 約20000未満の低分子量のアクリルポリマーの溶液(C)であって、高い酸価を有しpH約7〜8.5に中和された溶液(C)を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 懸濁液(A)のナノ粒子は、約200000を超える分子量のポリマーに基づいており、約40〜80ナノメートルの大きさを有する、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の水性組成物。
- 懸濁液(A)のポリマーの凝集溶剤は、プロピレングリコールn−ブチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールジメチルエーテル、トリプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル及びこれらの混合物から選択されるグリコールエーテルである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の水性組成物。
- 懸濁液(A)のポリマーの可塑溶剤は、ジブチルアジペート;ジブチルセバケート;トリブチルアセチルシトレート;トリエチルシトレート;トリメチルペンタンジオールモノイソブチレート等のアルキルジオールブチレート;及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の水性組成物。
- 懸濁液(A)のポリマーの凝集剤及び/又は可塑溶剤の各々は、ポリマーの15重量%まで、好ましくは5〜15重量%の割合で使用される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 懸濁液(B)のナノ粒子の架橋レベルは0.5〜5%であり、大きさは約50〜80ナノメートルである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- アクリルモノマー及びポリマーは、スチレン、メチルスチレン、メチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート、或いはこれらの混合物に基づくものである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 懸濁液(A)のナノ粒子12〜24重量%と、懸濁液(B)のナノ粒子8〜16重量%と、含有させることができる溶液(C)の乾燥ポリマー0.2〜1重量%とを含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 水溶性染料及び/又は顔料をアクリル水溶液(C)に分散して含有する、請求項2〜9のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 鉱物性増粘剤或いは有機増粘剤、シリコーンを含有する或いは含有しない消泡剤、保存剤、展延剤及び/又はすべり剤、香料、中和剤、或いはネイルケア硬化を有する添加物を含有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。
