Abstract
Description
(a)スキャンすることを望む口腔の目標部分を特定する段階と、
(b)前記目標部分をスキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適した、前記スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を特定する段階と、
(c)前記関係を表示する段階と、
(d)前記口腔をスキャンするためのガイドとして前記表示された関係を使用する段階とを備える。
(a)スキャンされることが望まれる口腔の目標部分を表す第1組のデータ、
(b)前記目標部分をスキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適した、前記スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を表す第2組のデータと
を備える媒体に関する。
(A)スキャンすることを望む口腔の目標部分を特定するための入力モジュールと、
(B)前記目標部分をスキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適した、前記スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を生成する処理モジュールと、
(C)前記関係を表示する表示モジュールと
を備える、口腔のスキャニングをガイドするシステムを対象とする。
(a)スキャンされることが望まれる口腔の目標部分を表す第1組のデータと、
(b)前記目標部分を前記スキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適切な、スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を表す第2組のデータと、
(c)前記第2のデータを表示する手段と
を備える。

Claims (34)
- 口腔をスキャニングする、または口腔のスキャニングを容易にする方法であって、
(a)スキャンすることを望む口腔の目標部分を特定する段階と、
(b)前記目標部分をスキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適した、前記スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を特定する段階と、
(c)前記関係を表示する段階と、
(d)前記口腔をスキャンするためのガイドとして前記表示された関係を使用する段階と
を備える方法。 - 前記関係に実質的に適合するように前記口腔をスキャンする段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スキャンする段階が、所定の処置に使用するための前記目標部分の3Dデータを提供する、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(a)が、前記口腔内に前記目標部分と関連する補助的部分を特定する段階を含み、前記所定の歯科処置に使用するために前記補助的部分の3Dデータがやはり必要とされる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記段階(b)が、各前記目標部分および各前記補助的部分に対して、前記スキャニング装置に関し、一連の空間的パラメータを決定する段階であって、それぞれのパラメータは、前記スキャナが前記対応する目標部分または補助的部分を完全にスキャンすることを可能にするのに充分なスキャニングステーションのデータを備える段階を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記一連の前記スキャニングステーションのデータは、前記スキャナが前記目標部分または補助的部分の領域の3D形状データを得るのを可能にするような、前記目標部分または補助的部分に対する前記スキャナの近接度および相対的向きを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記一連のパラメータが、対応する複数の前記領域の3D形状データを提供し、前記一連の前記空間的パラメータが、少なくとも一部の隣接する前記領域が互いに重なり合うように決定される、請求項5から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 段階(c)が、対応する前記目標部分および前記補助的部分を含む基準口腔の少なくとも一部の画像と、前記一連のパラメータの少なくとも1つのパラメータに関して段階(b)で決定される空間的関係に対応する相互の空間的関係にある基準スキャナの画像とを備える基準画像を表示する段階を含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一連の前記基準画像が形成され、前記一連の各画像が、前記一連のパラメータである前記パラメータのそれぞれ1つに対応する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記一連の画像が、所定の順序で表示される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記基準画像が3D属性を備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記基準画像は、所定の座標システムに対して、所望のあらゆる向きの前記基準口腔を含むことができる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記座標システムが、直交デカルト軸システムを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記向きが、歯科専門家の観察点からの患者の口腔への実際の視線に対応する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 使用者が次の画像へ進むのを援けるために、聴覚および/または視覚的合図が用いられる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 段階(c)が、前記スキャナの視野のビデオ画像を表示することができるファインダ上に標示を表示する段階を含み、前記標示は、前記目標部分または補助的部分の所定の一部分が特定の方式でそれに対して結びつけられるある所望位置を示している、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記標示が「+」または「X」含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記標示が、前記目標部分または補助的部分の前記ファインダ内での期待像に対応するプロファイルを表すシンボルを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 光学的認識法が、画像のプロファイルを得るために前記ビデオ画像に適用され、前記シンボルが前記プロファイルを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記プロファイルが、前記ファインダによって見た歯の輪郭として形成された形状線を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記シンボルが、上側、頬側、または下側のいずれか1つから見た歯の輪郭として形成された形状線を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 一連の標示が設定され、前記一連の各標示が、前記一連のパラメータである前記パラメータのそれぞれ1つに対応する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記一連の標示が所定の順序で表示され、口腔が、前の前記パラメータおよび対応する標示に従ってスキャンされた後、次の標示が表示される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記次の標示が、直前の標示と共に表示され得る、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 異なる前記パラメータに関する標示が、互いに異なる色で表示される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記処置が、予備処理部に関するクラウンのための歯科補綴法であり、前記目標部分が、前記予備処理部を含み、前記補助的部分が、前記予備処理部に隣接する歯、および反対側の顎から前記予備処理部に対向する歯の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項3から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処置が、複数の予備処理部に関するブリッジのための歯科補綴法であり、前記目標部分が、前記予備処理部を含み、前記補助的部分が、最も遠心の予備処理部に隣接する歯、および最も近心の予備処理部に隣接する歯の少なくとも一部、ならびに反対側の顎から前記予備処理部に対向する歯の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項3から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処置が、歯科矯正法であり、前記目標部分が、前記口腔の少なくとも1つの顎の歯列全体を含む、請求項3から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法がコンピュータ化されている、請求項1から28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 患者の口腔のスキャニングをガイドするために実行可能なプログラムを具体的に実現する、コンピュータが読み取れる媒体であって、
(a)スキャンされることが望まれる口腔の目標部分を表す第1組のデータと、
(b)前記目標部分をスキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適した、前記スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を表す第2組のデータと
を備える媒体。 - 前記第2のデータを表示することを可能にする手段をさらに備える、請求項30に記載の媒体。
- 前記媒体には、光ディスク、磁気ディスク、磁気テープなどのいずれか1つが含まれる、請求項30に記載の媒体。
- スキャンすることを望む、口腔の目標部分を特定するための入力モジュールと、
前記目標部分をスキャニング装置によってスキャンすることを可能にするのに適した、前記スキャニング装置と口腔の前記目標部分との空間的関係を生成する処理モジュールと、
前記関係を表示する表示モジュールと
を備える、口腔のスキャニングをガイドするシステム。 - 前記関係に従ってスキャンするために適切なスキャナをさらに備える、請求項33に記載のシステム。
