Description
Claims (16)
- 前記燃料が入口孔部(4)から導入され、そして燃料が、出口孔部(5)から排出されるように中を燃料が通る弁体(2)と、シャッタ(7)と連動する座部(6)とを備え、前記シャッタは、ダイヤフラム(9)と、このダイヤフラムの中央の位置に保持された電磁石(8)の可動アーマチュア(10)とを具備し、
前記電磁石は、前記座部(6)を通る燃料の流れを可能にするか遮断する位置への、もしくはこの位置からの、前記座部(6)に対する前記シャッタ(7)の制御される方法での移動を可能にする、内燃機関のための気体燃料の噴射装置において、
前記座部(6)は、少なくとも1つのスロット(6a、6d)の形態を有する、燃料の通路のための断面を有し、前記スロットは、断面の横の展開の第2の方向に対して支配的である展開の第1の方向に沿って延長されており、また、
前記断面は、シーリング縁に面している前記シャッタ(7)の表面(7a)に対しシーリング接触が可能な、実質的に丸められた形の断面を有する、周囲シーリング縁(6b)を有することを特徴とする、噴射装置。 - 前記座部(6)は、展開の前記支配的な方向に沿って直線状に延在する、少なくとも2つの分かれたスロット(6d)の形状を有する断面を有する、請求項1に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの分かれたスロット(6d)は、噴射装置の前記シャッタ(7)の主軸(X)に対し、鏡面対称の位置に配置されている、請求項2に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記座部(6)の前記断面は、環状スロット(6a)の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記座部(6)は、環状チャネル(6c)を有し、この環状チャネルは、前記主軸(X)と同軸的に展開されており、かつ前記出口孔部(5)の方向に延びて複数の孔部(25)とこの方向で連通しており、これらの孔部(25)は、互いに角度間隔をおいて離れて配置されかつ前記軸(X)に平行に軸方向に延びている、請求項4に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記環状チャネル(6c)は、互いに面し、かつ前記本体(2)の同じの部分に属している円筒形壁によって形成されている、請求項5に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記孔部(25)は、1対の互いに隣接する孔部(25)間の距離の少なくとも半分以上である軸方向の距離だけ、前記環状チャネル(6c)と交差している、請求項5または6に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記環状チャネル(6c)は、互いに面しておりかつ構造的に互いに独立した前記本体(2)のそれぞれ別々の部分に属している、複数の円筒形壁によって形成されている、請求項6に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記座部(6)は、ダイカストによって得られる、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記座部(6)は、プラスチック材でダイカストされている、請求項9に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記可動アーマチュア(10)と、この可動アーマチュアに連動する前記ダイヤフラム(9)とは、中心を貫通している孔部(15)を有する、前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記孔部(15)は、前記シャッタ(7)の前記主軸(X)と同軸である貫通孔として形成されている、請求項11に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記シャッタ(7)に作用して、前記座部(6)を閉鎖するための負荷をこのシャッタに与えるばね復帰手段(17)を備えている、前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記ばね復帰手段は、型打ちされたシートから得られた板金ばね(7)を備えている、請求項13に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記電磁石(8)に面している前記可動アーマチュア(10)の少なくとも表面は、少なくとも部分的に、ゴムでコーティングされている、前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記電磁石(8)は、馬蹄形の固定アーマチュア(18)を備え、この固定アーマチュアの対向するアーム(18a、18b)には、それぞれのコイル(19a、19b)が装着されている、前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴射装置。
