Abstract
【解決手段】 有機発光デバイスを備えるパルス駆動されるディスプレーであって、前記デバイスが半導体ポリマーを含む有機層を備え、前記ポリマーがフルオレン又はトリアリールアミン繰り返し構造を備え、前記フルオレン又はトリアリールアミン繰り返し構造がポリマー骨格を修飾する基Rを有し、Rは一般式(I)を有する。ただし、Ar1はフェニル、又はナフチルを含む基を表し、Ar2はフェニル、又はナフチルを含む基を表し、R’は置換基を表し、R”=H又は置換基であり、n=0、1、2又は3であり、m=0又は1であり、n=0ならm=0という条件付きでn’=1又は2である。

- 前記半導体ポリマーは、1,4−フェニレン繰り返し構造、インデノフルオレン繰り返し構造、スピロフルオレン繰り返し構造、2,7結合フルオレン繰返し構造、トリアリールアミン繰返し構造およびヘテロアリーレン繰返し構造から選択される1または2以上に繰返し単位をさらに含む請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のディスプレー。
- 前記半導体ポリマーは、溶液から蒸着されて層を形成する請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のディスプレー。
- 有機発光デバイスに使用するのに適した半導体ポリマーであって、前記ポリマーがトリアリールアミン繰り返し構造を備え、前記トリアリールアミン繰り返し構造がポリマー骨格から分岐する基Rを有し、Rが以下の一般式Iを有し、
- 前記トリアリールアミン繰返し構造は請求項2ないし5、又は7ないし9のいずれかで定義される請求項14に記載のポリマー。
- 前記ポリマーは、1,4−フェニレン繰り返し構造、インデノフルオレン繰り返し構造、スピロフルオレン繰り返し構造、2,7結合フルオレン繰返し構造、トリアリールアミン繰返し構造およびヘテロアリーレン繰返し構造から選択される1または2以上に繰返し単位をさらに含む請求項14又は15に記載のポリマー。
- 一般式IIを有する半導体ポリマーを作るモノマーであって、
- Arはフェニルを表す請求項17に記載のモノマー。
- 一般式XXIIIを有する請求項18に記載のモノマーであって、
- 一般式XXIVを有するモノマーであって、
- 一般式XXVないしXXXのいずれかを有する請求項18に記載のモノマーであって、
- スズキ重合によって請求項17ないし21のいずれかで定義されるモノマーを重合する工程を含む半導体ポリマーの製造方法。
