Description
Claims (8)
- プリテンショナ(7)と制御系(3〜6)とを含み、該制御系(3〜6)は、車両の操舵角(δ)に関する測定パラメータに対応して出力を行い、少なくとも前記操舵角の増減率(δ’)に対応して前記プリテンショナを制御するシートベルトプリテンショナ装置において、前記制御系(3〜6)は、前記操舵角の増減率(δ’)が第1の閾値を超過すると該増減率に対応して前記プリテンショナ(7)にシートベルトの張力を増大させるよう構成され、前記操舵角の増減率(δ’)の第1の閾値は、前記車両の縦速度(vx)が増大するとともに減少する閾値であることを特徴とするシートベルトプリテンショナ装置。
- 前記制御系(3〜6)は、前記操舵角の増減率(δ’)の増加に対応して、前記プリテンショナにシートベルトの張力を増大させるよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御系(3〜6)はさらに、前記操舵角(δ)が所定の第2の閾値を超過すると該操舵角に対応して前記プリテンショナ(7)を作動させるよう構成される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御系(3〜6)は、前記操舵角(δ)の第2の閾値が、前記車両の縦速度(vx)が増大するとともに減少する閾値となるよう構成される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 操舵角センサ(1)と車両の縦速度センサ(2)とから入力信号を受信する第1のプロセッサ(4)が設けられ、前記操舵角センサ(1)からの信号を時間で微分する微分器(3)と前記縦速度センサ(2)とから入力信号を受信する第2のプロセッサ(5)が設けられ、各プロセッサ(4、5)は、前記入力信号に対応して、所望のシートベルト張力をそれぞれ表す複数の出力のいずれかを生成し、各出力信号は、順次設けられた所定の閾値が超過されると生成され、各プロセッサ(4、5)の出力は、各プロセッサ(4、5)からの2つの出力信号のうち大きい出力信号を選択するセレクタ(6)に送られ、該セレクタ(6)は、該選択した出力信号に対応して前記プリテンショナ(7)を制御し、安全ベルトに所望の程度の張力を与える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記セレクタ(6)は、両方のプロセッサ(4、5)の出力がいずれの閾値も超えないレベルまで低下してから所定の期間が経過するまで、前記プリテンショナ(7)を制御して、選択された最も高い張力レベルを維持するよう構成される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記プリテンショナ(7)は、シートベルトの一部が巻かれるリトラクタ(8)と、張力を前記シートベルトに加える機構とを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- プリテンショナ(7)と制御系(3〜6)とを含み、該制御系(3〜6)は、操舵角センサ(1)と車両の縦速度センサ(2)とから入力信号を受信する第1のプロセッサ(4)と、前記操舵角センサ(1)からの信号を時間で微分する微分器(3)と縦速度センサ(2)とからの入力信号を受信する第2のプロセッサ(5)とを有し、各プロセッサ(4、5)は、前記入力信号に対応して、所望のシートベルト張力をそれぞれ表す複数の出力のいずれかを生成し、各出力信号は、順次設けられた所定の閾値が超過されると生成され、各プロセッサ(4、5)の出力は、各プロセッサ(4、5)からの2つの出力信号のうち大きい出力信号を選択するセレクタ(6)に送られ、該セレクタ(6)は、該選択した出力信号に対応して前記プリテンショナ(7)を制御し、安全ベルトに所望の程度の張力を与える、シートベルトプリテンショナ装置。
