Description
沢山のゼオライト骨格構造のうちで、特にゼオライトのDDR、DOH、LTA、SGT、MTN、SOD、CHA並びにそれらの混合物の種類が特に適していることが判った。
本発明は、2〜25nmの大きさの結晶子の状態で存在する4員、6員及び/又は8員環状細孔のゼオライト骨格を含むコロイド溶液を多孔質基体に湿式塗布技術によって適用する、微多孔質膜の水熱製造法に関する。この適用された層を水熱液と接触させそして50〜250℃の温度で自己発生圧で、0.2〜0.45nmの平均細孔直径を持つナノ結晶質微多孔質ゼオライト層を合成する。
