Abstract
Description
a) 有機イソシアナート(a)として、一般に公知の脂肪族、環式脂肪族、芳香脂肪族及び/又は芳香族イソシアナート、例えばトリ−、テトラ−、ペンタ−、ヘキサ−、ヘプタ−及び/又はオクタメチレンジイソシアナート、2−メチル−ペンタメチレン−ジイソシアナート−1,5、2−エチル−ブチレン−ジイソシアナート−1,4、ペンタメチレン−ジイソシアナート−1,5、ブチレン−ジイソシアナート−1,4、1−イソシアナト−3,3,5−トリメチル−5−イソシアナト−メチル−シクロヘキサン(イソホロン−ジイソシアナート、IPDI)、1,4−及び/又は1,3−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン(HXDI)、1,4−シクロヘキサン−ジイソシアナート、1−メチル−2,4−及び/又は−2,6−シクロヘキサン−ジ−イソシアナート及び/又は4,4′−、2,4′−及び2,2′−ジシクロヘキシルメタン−ジイソシアナート、2,2′−、2,4′−及び/又は4,4′−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアナート(MDI)、1,5−ナフチレンジイソシアナート(NDI)、2,4−及び/又は2,6−トルイレンジイソシアナート(TDI)、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアナート、3,3′−ジメチル−ジフェニル−ジイソシアナート、1,2−ジフェニルエタンジイソシアナート及び/又はフェニレンジイソシアナートを使用することができる。有利に4,4′−MDIが使用される。パウダースラッシュ適用のために、冒頭に記載されたように、脂肪族イソシアナートも有利であり、特に1−イソシアナト−3,3,5−トリメチル−5−イソシアナト−メチル−シクロヘキサン(イソホロン−ジイソシアナート、IPDI)及び/又はヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート(HDI)が有利であり、殊にヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートが有利である。既に冒頭に記載されたように、イソシアナート(a)として遊離イソシアナート基を有するプレポリマーも使用することができる。このプレポリマーのNCO含有量は、有利に10〜25%である。このプレポリマーは、プレポリマーの製造の際の前反応に基づきTPUの製造の際にわずかな反応時間を必要とするという利点を提供することができる。
R1: 2〜15個の炭素原子を有する炭素骨核、有利に2〜15個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン基及び/又は6〜15個の炭素原子を有する、特に有利に6〜12個の炭素原子を有する二価の芳香族基、
R2: 2〜8個の炭素原子、有利に2〜6個の炭素原子、特に有利に2〜4個の炭素原子を有する場合により分枝鎖のアルキレン基、特に−CH2−CH2−及び/又は−CH2−CH2−CH2−CH2−、
R3: 2〜8個の炭素原子、有利に2〜6個の炭素原子、特に有利に2〜4個の炭素原子を有する場合により分枝鎖のアルキレン基、特に−CH2−CH2−及び/又は−CH2−CH2−CH2−CH2−、
X: 5〜30の範囲からなる整数。冒頭に記載した有利な融点及び/又は有利な分子量は、この有利な実施態様の場合に示された構造単位(I)に関する。
R1: 2〜15個の炭素原子を有する炭素骨核、有利に2〜15個の炭素原子を有するアルキレン基及び/又は6〜15個の炭素原子を有する芳香族基、
R2: 2〜8個の炭素原子、有利に2〜6個の炭素原子、特に有利に2〜4個の炭素原子を有する場合により分枝鎖のアルキレン基、特に−CH2−CH2−及び/又は−CH2−CH2−CH2−CH2−、
R3: (b2)としてそれぞれ501g/mol〜8000g/molの分子量を有するポリエーテルジオール及び/又はポリエステルジオールの使用により又はジイソシアナートとの反応のための2〜12個の炭素原子を有するアルカンジオールの使用により生じる基、
X: 5〜30の範囲からなる整数、
n、m: 5〜20の範囲からなる整数。
二成分射出成形においてBASF Aktiengesellschaft社のポリスチレンPS 143Eを、Elastollan(R) C 65 A 15 HPMと互いに結合させた。この結合は、わずかな付着を示すか、付着を示さなかった。第2の試験において、PS143E部材を、Elastollan(R) TPUを用いた射出の前にプラズマ処理にかけ、その後に、直接前記のTPUを射出した。プラズマ処理された面の付着は、持続的にこれらの成分が互いに破壊されることなしに分離できないほど高い。
Claims (14)
- 化学的接着促進剤なしで付着結合する熱可塑性ポリウレタンとポリスチレンとを含有する物品。
- 物品が二成分射出成形品であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の物品。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンが95より低いショアA硬度を有し、かつ可塑剤を含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の物品。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンが目に見える表面を製造することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の物品。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、45A〜80Aのショア硬度、15MPaより大きいDIN53504による引張強度、30N/mmより大きいDIN53515による引裂強度及び250mm3より小さいDIN53516による摩耗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の物品。
- DIN EN1464による耐剥離性が少なくとも1N/mm、有利に少なくとも2N/mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の物品。
- ポリスチレン物品の表面をプラズマ処理し、引き続き熱可塑性ポリウレタンをプラズマ処理された表面と接触させることを特徴とする、熱可塑性ポリウレタンとポリスチレンとを含有する物品の製造方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンをポリスチレンのプラズマ処理された表面に射出成形により設けることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 多成分射出成形において、有利に二成分射出成形において、第1の工程でポリスチレンを用いて第1の射出成形品を製造し、引き続き前記第1の射出成形品の表面をプラズマ処理し、その後で熱可塑性ポリウレタンを前記第1の射出成形品のプラズマ処理された表面に射出成形により設けることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- プラズマ源中に高電圧放電によりプラズマを生じさせ、前記プラズマをプラズマノズルで一方の成分、有利にポリスチレンの表面と接触させ、前記プラズマ源を2mm〜25mmの間隔で0.1m/min〜400m/minの速度でプラズマ処理される前記成分の表面に対して相対的に動かすことを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
- プラズマ処理を1ms〜100sの間続けることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンが95より低いショアA硬度を有し、かつ可塑剤を含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンは、45A〜80Aのショア硬度、15MPaより大きいDIN53504による引張強度、30N/mmより大きいDIN53515による引裂強度及び250mm3より小さいDIN53516による摩耗を有することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法により得られた、熱可塑性ポリウレタンとポリスチレンとを含有する物品。
