Abstract
低漏れ電流を展示し、さらに、公知装置の生産費より安い生産費をもち公知装置よりコンパクトである工作機械のEMCフィルタを提供する。
【解決手段】
工作機械の有効電磁互換性フィルタは大きな相対アースコンデンサにより通常には誘導された漏れ電流を減少できる。このフィルタは有効分岐モジュール或いはインピーダンスコンバータ或いは修正信号発生器から成り、三相と単相応用の両方に適している。

Claims (9)
- 電気工作機械(31)と前記電気工作機械の供給ラインに挿入された電磁互換性フィルタとから成り、前記電磁互換性フィルタが前記供給ラインから不望の干渉を抑圧する能動回路から成ることを特徴とするシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタは少なくとも一つのインダクタンスと前記干渉の低インピーダンスを備える有効分岐モジュール(32)とを包含することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタは前記供給ラインに伝送された同相モード干渉を抑圧するように配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載のシステム。
- 前記供給ラインは単相或いは三相主ラインであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタはさらに相対アースコンデンサ(12)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタはインピーダンスコンバータ(42)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタは変圧器から成り、その変圧器の一方の捲線が前記供給ラインに直列に接続され、その変圧器の他方の捲線が負インピーダンスコンバータに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタは前記供給ラインに外乱信号を検出する電圧或いは電流検出手段(47)と、前記外乱信号に基づいた修正信号を発生させる能動回路(49、50)と、前記供給ラインに前記修正信号を投入する信号投入手段(49、50)とから成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁互換性フィルタは前記供給ラインの電圧より低い電圧を前記能動回路に供給する電圧減少手段(76a,76b,76c)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
