Abstract
Description
(a)開いている射出成形金型の第1の金型ハーフの中にプラスチックフィルムを挿入する工程であって、場合によって前記プラスチックフィルムは少なくとも片側の少なくとも一部が被覆されている工程;
(b)前記射出成形金型の第1の金型ハーフ上に第2の金型ハーフを配置して、金型を閉じることによってキャビティを形成する工程;
(c)金型内で、前記フィルムにプラスチックを注入(back-inject)して、成形品を形成する工程;
(d)冷却後、金型を開いて、金型の2つの金型ハーフの一方を取り外し、工程(c)からの成形品は他方の金型ハーフに留まらせる工程;
(e)もう1つの)金型ハーフを用いて、金型を再度閉じ、もう1つの金型ハーフの壁部と成形品との間にキャビティを形成する工程であって、場合によってもう1つの金型ハーフには離型剤(external mould release agent)が施されている工程;
(f)前記キャビティの中に塗料を注入する工程;
(g)塗料を硬化させた後に金型を開いて、塗装した成形品を取り出す工程
を有してなる方法を提供する。
が滑ることを防止するために、減圧、静電荷または機械的アンカーリングなどによってフィルムを金型ハーフに固定することが好ましい。
スチール金型において、金属被覆されたポリカーボネートフィルム(Makrolon(登録商標)DE 1.1;0.175mmの厚さ)を、第1の金型ハーフの中に挿入した。このフィルムは、静電的に金型に保持させた。金型温度は約70℃であった。第2の金型ハーフを用いて金型を閉じた後、金型の中にポリカーボネート(Makrolon(登録商標)AL 2647)を注入した。Makrolon(登録商標)AL 2647の温度は290℃であった。注入時間は、約5秒であった。約30秒間の冷却時間の後、金型を開いた。第1の金型ハーフの中に成形品を留まらせた。その後、新たな金型ハーフを用いて、金型を閉じた。新たな金型ハーフと、成形品のMakrolon(登録商標)AL 2647との間に、ギャップが形成された。ギャップを約0.1mmに調節した。このギャップの中に、2成分ポリウレタン塗料1)(Desmophen(登録商標)およびDesmodur(登録商標)系)を注入した。塗料系の温度は約80℃であり、金型の温度は約60℃であった。注入時間は約2秒間であった。塗料を硬化させるのに、約80秒を要した。その後、金型を開いて、できあがった複合材料パーツを取り出した。
Claims (5)
- 複数の層を有してなる複合材料成形品を製造するための方法であって、
(a)開いている射出成形金型の第1の金型ハーフの中にプラスチックフィルムを挿入する工程であって、場合によって前記プラスチックフィルムは少なくとも片側の少なくとも一部が被覆されている工程;
(b)前記射出成形金型の第1の金型ハーフ上に第2の金型ハーフを配置して金型を閉じることによってキャビティを形成する工程;
(c)金型内で、前記フィルムにプラスチックを注入して、成形品を形成する工程;
(d)冷却後、金型を開いて、金型の2つの金型ハーフの一方を取り外し、工程(c)からの成形品は他方の金型ハーフに留まらせる工程;
(e)もう1つの金型ハーフを用いて、金型を再度閉じ、もう1つの金型ハーフの壁部と成形品との間にキャビティを形成する工程であって、場合によって、もう1つの金型ハーフには離型剤が施されている工程;
(f)前記キャビティの中に塗料を注入する工程;
(g)塗料を硬化させた後に金型を開いて、塗装した成形品を取り出す工程
を有してなる方法。 - 前記プラスチックフィルムは、少なくとも片側の少なくとも一部がコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)において、金型ハーフの中にコーティングされたフィルムを挿入することを含んでなり、該コーティングが金型壁の方を向くことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)において、金型ハーフの中にコーティングされたフィルムを挿入することを含んでなり、該コーティングが金型ハーフ壁と反対側を向くことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された複合材料パーツの、自動車産業において、特に車両用の室内ミラー及び室外ミラーとしての、並びに、自動車産業に関連する産業において成形品としての使用。
