Claims (14)
- ベーン(54)を設けたロータと、カテーテル(14)中に挿通しており、インペラ(20)を駆動すべくなしてある可撓性軸(12)と、前記インペラ(20)を囲むエンベロープ(24)とを備えており、折り畳んで血管内に挿入することが可能な血液ポンプ(10)において、
前記ロータは放射状に展開するインペラ(20)であり、
前記エンベロープ(24)は前記インペラ(12)の部分に環状の膨らみ(30)を有し、
前記ベーン(54)の径方向外端と囲い(24)との間には、径方向の流れを軸方向に偏向する環状の偏向チャネル(42)が形成してある
ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 前記インペラ(20)及びエンベロープ(24)は、前記軸(12)及びカテーテル(14)の相対移動により折り畳むようになしてあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記インペラ(20)は、その間に可撓性の羽根がベーン(54)として設けてある略平行な2つの支持壁(44, 46)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記支持壁(44, 46)のうち少なくとも1つは複数のスポーク(48)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記支持壁の一方(46)は連続した壁であり、前記支持壁の他方(44)には軸(12)を囲む開口(52)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記支持壁(44, 46)は蝶番(22)によって軸(12)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 両支持壁(44, 46)は互い違いに配置された複数のスポーク(48)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記2つの支持壁(44, 46)は同一のスポーク(48)構成を有することを特徴とする請求項3乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(24)は、その一端に流通孔(40)を設けてある筒状延長部(36)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(24)は、軸方向に移動しないように軸(12)を支持するハブ(26)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 軸(12)は先端に硬質部分(16)を備え、前記インペラ(20)は前記硬質部分(16)に固定してあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(24)は前記インペラ(20)からわずかに距離をおいて設けてある同心状の平坦な壁(32)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記インペラ(20)は、軸(12)に沿った2つの対向する両方向に折り畳み可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(24)は、前記インペラ(20)の一方の側に、前記偏向チャネル(42)の部分に通流孔(64)を設けた隔壁(62)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1つに記載の血液ポンプ(10)。
