Claims (13)
- 血管内に挿入可能な血液ポンプ(10)であって、
回転軸と、半径方向送達インペラ(20)を形成するように前記回転軸周りに配置された少なくとも1つのブレード(54)とを有する、ロータ(44、46、48、54)と、
カテーテル(14)を通って延び、前記ロータを駆動するように取り付けられた可撓性のシャフト(12)と、
前記インペラが回転可能に収容されたハウジング(24)であって、前記回転軸から見て、前記少なくとも1つのブレード(54)の半径方向外側端部よりも半径方向内向きに配置された血流入口(38)を有するハウジング(24)と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング(24)の前面壁(32)と前記インペラ(20)の間の第1の軸方向距離が0.2mm以上であって、
前記ハウジング(24)内に1つまたは複数の固定羽根(25)を備え、前記固定羽根(25)が、血流の方向で前記インペラ(20)の背後に配置され、前記カテーテル(14)に沿って延びることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記第1の軸方向距離が、少なくとも0.3mm、好ましくは少なくとも0.4mm、より好ましくは少なくとも0.5mm、さらに好ましくは少なくとも0.6mm、最も好ましくは1mm以上であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1または2に記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記ハウジングが背面壁(62)をさらに有し、前記背面壁(62)と前記インペラ(20)の間の第2の軸方向距離が0.2mm以上であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項3に記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記第2の軸方向距離が、少なくとも0.3mm、好ましくは少なくとも0.4mm、より好ましくは少なくとも0.5mm、さらに好ましくは少なくとも0.6mm、最も好ましくは1mm以上であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記少なくとも1つのブレード(54)および前記ハウジング(24)が、縮小された直径の第1の構成と増大された直径の第2の動作構成との間で折畳み可能かつ展開可能であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記ハウジング(24)の前記血流入口(38)と血流出口(64)が軸方向で離隔されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項6に記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記ハウジング(24)および前記少なくとも1つのブレード(54)双方の外径が前記血流入口(38)から前記血流出口(64)にかけて軸方向で増大することを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記少なくとも1つのブレード(54)が、2mm以上、好ましくは少なくとも4mmまたは少なくとも5mm、より好ましくは少なくとも6mm、最も好ましくは7mm以上の軸方向長さを有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記少なくとも1つのブレード(54)が平面構成を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記ハウジング(24)が非コンプライアントなポリマー、好ましくはポリウレタン製であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項10に記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記ハウジングにフレーム構造体がないことを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、隣接するブレード(54)間に画定される空間が、前記ハウジング(24)の前記前面壁(32)に向かって開いていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
- 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ(10)であって、前記ハウジング(24)が、縮小された直径の首状部分をその流出流端部(40)に有するスカート状の延長部(36)を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ(10)。
