Abstract
ゼオライトの表面のみに金属または金属酸化物が付着されている炭化水素の分解触媒、及びa)担体であるゼオライトの気孔のサイズよりさらに大きい分子の金属炭化水素複合体または有機金属物質を有機溶媒に溶かす段階;b)前記a)段階で製造した溶液をゼオライトの表面に付着させる段階;c)前記b)段階で製造されたゼオライト触媒を乾燥及び焼成する段階;とを含む炭化水素分解触媒の製造方法。
Description
a)担体であるゼオライトの気孔のサイズより大きい分子の金属炭化水素複合体または有機金属物質を有機溶媒に溶かす段階;
b)前記a)段階で製造された溶液をゼオライトの表面に付着させる段階;
c)前記b)段階から製造されたゼオライト触媒を乾燥及び焼成させる段階;とを含めてなることを特徴とする炭化水素分解触媒の製造方法を提供する。
a)有機金属物質を有機溶媒に溶かす段階;
b)前記a)段階で製造された溶液をゼオライトの表面に付着させる段階;
c)前記b)段階で製造されたゼオライト触媒を乾燥及び焼成する段階;とを含む。
SiO2/Al2O3の割合が30であるHZSM-5を担体として用い、希土類金属のLaを化学的溶液付着法を用いてHZSM-5の表面にLa金属を付着させた。このためにランタン2−エチルヘキサノエート(lanthanum(III) 2-ethylhexanoate)をヘキサンに溶かした溶液を1時間常温で撹拌した。HZSM-5の担体をチャンバーに入れ、上で製造した溶液をHZSM-5の重量対比のLaが5重量%になるようにピペットを用いて徐々に落とした。その後チャンバーを閉じた後、12時間常温で保管した。12時間後にチャンバーを開いて溶媒を揮発させてから、120℃のオーブンで2時間乾燥した。このように製造した触媒は空気雰囲気において600℃で焼成した。
La金属の添加されない、SiO2/Al2O3の割合が30であるHZSM-5を、比較例1として用いた。
SiO2/Al2O3の割合が30であるHZSM-5を担体として用い、希土類金属のLaを含浸法を用いてHZSM-5にLa金属を担持させた。このためにHZSM-5の重量対比5重量%のLaが含浸されるようにLa(NO3)3・6H2Oを蒸留水に溶かした後、HZSM-5をこの水溶液に添加した。HZSM-5が添加された溶液から真空揮発乾燥機を用いて水を蒸発させた。水が蒸発した後に、残された触媒試料を120℃のオーブンで2時間乾燥した。このように製造された触媒を空気雰囲気において600℃で焼成した。
前記実施例1で製造した触媒に対して炭化水素分解反応を行った。炭化水素としてナフサを用いた。実験方法は次の通りである。1/2’’外径を有する石英管に0.5gの触媒を充填した後、反応温度を650℃に保持した。ナフサ7.5mL/hrと水2.5mL/hrを注射器ポンプを用いて注入し、反応管に至る時は気化されて触媒層と接触するように行った。反応器を通過して排出される分解生成物は、ガスクロマトグラフィーを用いて定量分析した。下記表1にナフサの触媒分解の結果を示した。

生成物の収率(重量%)=生成物の重さ/注入されたナフサの重さ×100
SiO2/Al2O3の割合が30であるHZSM-5を担体として用いて、アルカリ土類金属であるCaを化学的溶液付着法を用いてHZSM-5の表面にCa金属を付着させた。このためにカルシウム2−エチルヘキサノエート(calcium 2-ethylhexanoate)をヘキサンに溶かした溶液を1時間常温で撹拌した。HZSM-5の担体をチャンバーに入れ、上で製造した溶液をHZSM-5の重量対比のCaが5重量%となるようにピペットを用いて徐々に落とした。その後、チャンバーを閉じた後、12時間常温で保管した。12時間後にチャンバーを開いて溶媒を揮発させてから120℃のオーブンで2時間乾燥した。このように製造された触媒は空気雰囲気において600℃で焼成した。このように製造した触媒を前記実験例1と同様の方法でナフサの分解反応を行った。
前記実験例1から、SiO2/Al2O3の割合が30であるHZSM-5を担体として使用したことを除いては、実験例1と同様の方法でナフサの分解反応を行った。
前記実験例1から、含浸法で製造した5重量%のLa/HZSM-5触媒を使用したことを除いては、前記実験例1と同様の方法でナフサの分解反応を行った。
Claims (8)
- 炭化水素の分解触媒において、
希土類金属、その酸化物、アルカリ土類金属、及びその酸化物とからなる群から選ばれる金属または金属酸化物が、ゼオライトの気孔中に存在せず表面のみに付着されていることを特徴とする炭化水素の分解触媒。 - 前記金属または金属酸化物は、担体の重量基準で0.1乃至20重量%で付着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素の分解触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトの結晶構造が、MFI、MEL、TPN、MTT、またはFERであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素の分解触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトは、SiO2/Al2O3比が15乃至200のHZSM-5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素の分解触媒。
- 前記希土類金属はLa、Ce、及びPrとからなる群から選ばれ、前記アルカリ土類金属はMg、Ca、Sr、及びBaとからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭化水素の分解触媒。
- 炭化水素分解触媒の製造方法において、
a)担体であるゼオライトの気孔のサイズより大きい分子の金属炭化水素複合体または有機金属物質を有機溶媒に溶かす段階;
b)前記a)段階で製造された溶液をゼオライトの表面に付着させる段階;及び
c)前記b)段階で製造されたゼオライト触媒を、乾燥及び焼成させる段階;とを含むことを特徴とする炭化水素分解触媒の製造方法。 - 前記炭化水素が、C4乃至C10のパラフィン系、オレフィン系、及び芳香族炭化水素とからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭化水素分解触媒の製造方法。
- 前記金属炭化水素複合体または有機金属物質は、希土類金属及びアルカリ土類金属と炭化水素との複合体であって、ランタン2−エチルヘキサノエート(lanthanum(III) 2-ethylhexanoate)、カルシウム2−エチルヘキサノエート(calcium 2-ethylhexanoate)、バリウム2−エチルヘキサノエート(barium 2-ethylhexanoate)、セリウム2−エチルヘキサノエート(cerium 2-ehtylehexanoate)、イットリウム2−エチルヘキサノエート(yttrium 2-ethylhexanoate)、ストロンチウムシクロヘキサンブチレート(strontium cyclo-hexane butylate)、及びマグネシウムミリステート(magnesium myristate)とからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭化水素分解触媒の製造方法。
