Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関、特にディーゼル機関における排気管2に還元剤、特に尿素溶液を噴射する噴射装置であって、特にピストン式ポンプ又はダイヤフラム式ポンプとして構成された、還元剤を圧送するポンプ1と、前記排気管2に開口した噴射ノズル5とを備えて成る前記噴射装置において、前記噴射ノズル5を、前記ポンプ1の圧送周期に合わせて周期的且つ自動的に開閉する弁部材を備えた構成とし、該弁部材を、所定の圧力に満たない場合には開放させず、所定の圧力以上で開放させて噴射を行う。

Claims (9)
- 内燃機関、特にディーゼル機関における排気管(2)に還元剤、特に尿素溶液を噴射する噴射装置であって、
特にピストン式ポンプ(18)又はダイヤフラム式ポンプ(29)として構成された、還元剤を圧送するポンプ(1)と、
前記排気管(2)に開口した噴射ノズル(5)と
を備えて成る前記噴射装置において、
前記噴射ノズル(5)を、前記ポンプ(1)の圧送周期に合わせて周期的且つ自動的に開閉する弁部材(33)を備えた構成とし、該弁部材を、所定の圧力に満たない場合には開放させず、所定の圧力以上で開放させて噴射を行うことを特徴とする噴射装置。 - 前記ポンプ(1)を一定の行程を有するポンプで構成するとともに、この行程周期を所定のエンジンパラメータ又は排ガス組成に基づいて前記ポンプの電気的な制御により可変に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の噴射装置。
- 前記弁部材(33)を、前記噴射ノズル(5)のケーシング(32)内で摺動可能に形成するとともに、シール面(34)で閉鎖された閉鎖位置方向へばねで付勢し、該ばねの付勢方向と逆方向に生じる圧力がこのばねの付勢力を克服した場合に、前記弁部材(33)を前記噴射ノズルが開口する方向へ摺動させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の噴射装置。
- 前記噴射ノズルを開口させる前記弁部材(33)の摺動方向を噴射方向と同方向に設定するとともに、前記シール面(34)を、リング状に形成して前記ケーシング(32)と皿状の縁部として形成された前記弁部材(33)の端部の間に形成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の噴射装置。
- 前記ポンプ(1)をポンプ動作領域(26)を備える構成とし、該ポンプ動作領域の一方を第1の逆止弁(23)及び吸入管路(43)を介して貯蔵タンク(8)に連通させ、他方を第2の逆止弁(25)及び高圧管路(4)を介して前記噴射ノズル(5)に接続したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の噴射装置。
- 前記高圧管路(4)を、減圧装置(41)を備える減圧管路(41)を介して前記第2の逆止弁(25)と前記噴射ノズル(5)の間で前記ポンプ動作領域(26)に接続し、前記ポンプ(1)の吸入行程において前記減圧装置(42)により一定容積を自動的に前記高圧管路(4)から前記ポンプ動作領域(26)に導入して、前記高圧管路(4)及び前記噴射ノズル(5)での減圧を迅速に行うことを特徴とする請求項5記載の噴射装置。
- 前記ポンプ動作領域(26)での圧力が前記高圧管路(4)内の圧力を下回った場合に減圧を行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の噴射装置。
- 前記減圧装置(42)を前記ポンプ動作領域(26)方向に開放する逆止弁(44)として構成したことを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の噴射装置。
- 前記減圧装置(42)をダイヤフラム(45)で構成し、該ダイヤフラムをこの両側での容積移動に伴い生じる差圧に応じて2つのアーチ状の位置の何れかを占めるように設定したことを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の噴射装置。
