Description
Claims (20)
- インジェクションシステム用のインジェクタであって、
前記インジェクタから流体を噴霧するようにされた第1の開口部と、
前記流体を前記インジェクタから排出させるようにされた第2の開口部と、
ニードルと、
ニードルガイドと、
を有し、
前記ニードルは前記ニードルガイドの流路内に滑り可能に配置されており、
前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルが前記第2の開口部に係合する開位置であって、前記インジェクタが前記流体を前記第1の開口部から噴霧するようにされ、前記第2の開口部への前記流体の流れが実質的に遮断される開位置と、前記ニードルが前記第1の開口部に係合する閉位置であって、前記インジェクタが前記流体を前記第2の開口部を介して前記インジェクタから排出させるようにされ、前記第1の開口部からの前記流体の噴霧が実質的に遮断される閉位置と、の間で動作可能であるインジェクタ。 - 前記ニードルは、前記ニードルガイドの前記流路内に、軸方向に動くように滑り可能に配置されている、請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルが前記第1の開口部に軸方向に係合するときに前記閉位置にあり、前記ニードルが前記第2の開口部に軸方向に係合するときに前記開位置にある、請求項2に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記インジェクタは前記第1の開口部の近傍に位置する噴射オリフィス座をさらに有し、前記インジェクタが前記閉位置にあるときに前記ニードルが該噴射オリフィス座に着座させられる、請求項3に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記インジェクタは、内側着座部材と外側着座部材のうちのいずれかをさらに有し、前記インジェクタが前記開位置にあるときに、前記ニードルは前記内側着座部材と前記外側着座部材のうちのいずれかに着座させられる、請求項3に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルと前記ニードルガイドとの間に位置する噴射室をさらに有し、前記噴射室は前記第1の開口部を前記第2の開口部に流体連結している、請求項2に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルに動作可能に連結されたバイアス部材をさらに含み、前記バイアス部材は、前記ニードルを前記閉位置の方へ押す軸方向の偏位力を前記ニードルに及ぼす、請求項2に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルに選択的に磁力を作用させ前記ニードルを前記開位置に押し込むソレノイドをさらに含んでいる、請求項7に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記ニードルは、磁性材料で構成されている、請求項8に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記ソレノイドの少なくとも一部は前記ニードルの端部を覆っている、請求項8に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記第2の開口部の下流側に配置されたオリフィスと、前記オリフィスの下流側に配置された吐出口と、をさらに含み、前記オリフィスは、前記インジェクタの前記第2の開口部と前記吐出口との間の流れを絞る、請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。
- 流体を噴射するインジェクタシステムであって、
第1の開口部と第2の開口部とを含むインジェクタであって、前記第1の開口部は前記インジェクタから流体を噴霧し、前記第2の開口部は前記流体を前記インジェクタから排出させるインジェクタと、
前記第2の開口部と連通するリザーバタンクと、
前記インジェクタの入口圧力を少なくとも部分的に調節する圧力調整弁と、
ニードルと、
ニードルガイドと、
を有し、
前記ニードルは前記ニードルガイドの流路内に滑り可能に配置されており、
前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルが前記第2の開口部に係合する開位置であって、前記インジェクタが前記流体を前記第1の開口部から排気ガス中に噴霧するようにされ、前記第2の開口部への前記流体の流れが実質的に遮断される開位置と、前記ニードルが前記第1の開口部に係合する閉位置であって、前記インジェクタが前記流体を前記第2の開口部を介して前記インジェクタから前記リザーバタンクに排出させるようにされた閉位置と、の間で動作可能であり、
前記インジェクタは、前記閉位置にあるときに、前記第1の開口部からの前記流体の噴霧を実質的に遮断するようにされている、インジェクタシステム。 - 前記ニードルは、前記ニードルガイドの前記流路内に、軸方向に動くように滑り可能に配置されている、請求項12に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 前記インジェクタは、前記ニードルが前記第1の開口部に軸方向に係合するときに前記閉位置にあり、前記ニードルが前記第2の開口部に軸方向に係合するときに前記開位置にある、請求項13に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 前記インジェクタの前記入口圧力を検知する圧力センサをさらに有している、請求項12に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 前記インジェクタに流体連結されたポンプをさらに有している、請求項12に記載のインジェクタ。
- インジェクションシステムから流体を噴射させる方法であって、
リザーバタンクからインジェクタの流体入口まで流体を送るステップと、
前記インジェクタが開位置にあるときに、前記インジェクタの第1の開口部から前記流体を噴霧させるステップと、
前記インジェクタが閉位置にあるときに、前記インジェクタの第2の開口部を通して、前記流体を前記インジェクタから前記リザーバタンクに排出させるステップと、
を有し、
ニードルが前記インジェクタの流路内に滑り可能に配置されており、前記ニードルは前記インジェクタが前記閉位置にあるときに、前記第1の開口部からの前記流体の噴霧を実質的に遮断し、前記インジェクタが前記開位置にあるときに前記第2の開口部への前記流体の流れが前記ニードルによって実質的に遮断される、方法。 - 前記インジェクタが前記閉位置にあるときに前記流体を前記第2の開口部から連通させるステップをさらに有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記インジェクタが前記開位置にあるときに前記流体を前記第1の開口部から連通させるステップをさらに有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記リザーバタンクと前記インジェクタの前記流体入口との間を延びる圧力配管内の前記流体の流量及び圧力を、前記圧力配管と連通する圧力調整弁によって少なくとも部分的に調節するステップをさらに有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
