Claims (11)
- 機関介入操作を用いて車両の実現可能な走行速度を最大値に制限する制限装置(2)と、走行期間中に許容最高速度が変化すると前記制限装置(2)が走行速度を変化した最大値に制限するようにさせるインフォメーション装置(1)とを備えている、車両の速度を許容最高速度に調整設定するためのシステムにおいて、
インフォメーション装置(1)は現在走行している道路タイプを識別するための装置でありかつ
インフォメーション装置(1)はメモリ装置(7)から現在走行している道路タイプに属している許容最高速度を読み出しかつ変更された最大値として考慮する
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - インフォメーション装置(1)は現在走行している道路タイプを通行料金支払い義務のある道路と通行料金支払い義務のない道路とに区別する
請求項1記載のシステム。 - インフォメーション装置(1)は現在走行している道路タイプを道路クラスについて区別する
請求項1または2記載のシステム。 - インフォメーション装置は現在走行している道路タイプを種々異なった高さの通行料金を課している通行料金支払い義務のある道路について区別する
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - インフォメーション装置(1)は現在走行している道路タイプ並びに現在走行している地域に依存して許容最高速度を求める
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 現在走行している地域は国境によって決定されるようになっている
請求項5記載のシステム。 - インフォメーション装置(1)は現在走行している地域を車両の現在ポジションおよび道路地図に基づいて求める
請求項5または6記載のシステム。 - インフォメーション装置(1)は無線の受信ユニット(8)を備えており、該無線ユニットは外部の送信ユニット(9)から伝送される地域信号を受信して現在走行している地域を特定する
請求項5または6記載のシステム。 - インフォメーション装置(1)は無線の受信ユニット(8)を備えており、該無線ユニットは外部の送信ユニット(9)から、その都度の道路タイプと共に伝送される許容最高速度を受信しかつメモリ装置(7)にファイルする
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシステム。 - 外部の送信ユニット(9)は、車両が地域の境界を跨ぐまたはまさに跨いだときに伝送を実施する
請求項5または7記載のシステム。 - 機関介入操作を用いて車両の実現可能な走行速度を最大値に制限しかつ走行期間中に許容最高速度が変化すると走行速度を変化した最大値に制限する、車両の速度を許容最高速度に調整設定するための方法において、現在走行している道路タイプが識別されかつメモリ装置(7)から現在走行している道路タイプに属している許容最高速度が読み出されかつ変更された最大値として考慮される
ことを特徴とする方法。
