Claims (9)
- 型板(1、2)内に少なくとも部分的に入れ子(6、11)が形成され、キャビティ(12)内に物体を成形する装置であって、入れ子(11)内において、第1の連結部品(20)に連結されたセンサ(16)は該入れ子に形成されたキャビティの内壁(18)へと配置され、第1の連結部品(20)は型板(2)内の第2の連結部品(21)に連結されていることを特徴とする成形装置。
- 2つの連結部品(20、21)間の連結はロック機構のないプラグ式連結(23)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- センサ(16)はケーブル(19)を介して第1の連結部品(20)と連結され且つ/又は別のケーブル(24)が第2の連結部品(21)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の成形装置。
- センサ(16)はキャビティ内圧を測定するセンサであること特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の成形装置。
- ケーブル(19、24)は高絶縁性であり、その抵抗値は少なくとも1012オームであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の成形装置。
- キャビティ内圧センサは抵抗値によりコード化可能であることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の成形装置。
- コード化のため、取り外し可能なケーブルが付加的に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の成形装置。
- センサ(16)はキャビティ内壁の温度を測定するセンサであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の成形装置。
- ケーブル(19、24)はセンサ(16)の熱電素子と同じ材料から形成された補償導線としての連結であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の成形装置。
