Claims (9)
- コンプレッサ、例えば自動車用の空調コンプレッサであって、冷媒を吸込みかつ圧縮するための運転装置と、コンプレッサの膨張領域で潤滑剤を冷媒から分離する潤滑剤分離器とを有し、潤滑剤が高圧冷媒流から分岐させられた部分流を用いて前記運転装置に供給させられる形式のものにおいて、コンプレッサが膨張領域にて、ケーシング構成部分に、小さい直径部分と大きい直径部分とを備えた段付き孔を有しており、小さい直径部分へ挿入されたスリーブを有し、該スリーブが部分的に、段付き孔の大きい直径部分に突入していることを特徴とする、コンプレッサ。
- 前記大きい直径部分と突入する前記スリーブとによって形成された領域にて前記段付き孔に、大きな直径を有する孔壁の外周に対し接線方向にシリンダヘッドの直接的な流出圧力領域から孔が開孔している、請求項1記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記段付き孔が単独の孔としてほぼ半径方向に外側からシリンダヘッドに形成されている、請求項1又は請求項2記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記段付き孔が該孔を閉鎖し、ひいては外部へシールする弁を付加的に受容している、請求項3記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記弁が調整弁であって、該調整弁が膨張領域から運転室へ分岐した部分流、ひいては運転室圧をも調整する、請求項4記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記弁が圧力制限弁を成していて、最大許容圧力を越えた場合に該圧力制限弁が運転室における圧力を下降調整する、請求項4記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記段付き孔がその直径の小さい領域で、冷媒の膨張領域のための流出接続部を成す第2の孔に開口している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記段付き孔の小さい直径領域における前記スリーブの取付けを例えば押込みにより、弁側から行なうことができる、請求1から7までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ。
- 冷媒の膨張領域のための流出接続部の直径がきわめて小さく、例えば5〜7mmの領域に保たれることができる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサ。
