Abstract
Description
1) 1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンと、塩化メチレンと、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有してなる組成物。
2) 25から69重量%のHFC−365mfcと、25から69重量%の塩化メチレンと、1から40重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有する組成物。
3) 40から57重量%のHFC−365mfcと、30から43重量%の塩化メチレンと、1から30重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有する組成物。
(実験の部)
次の組成物を調製した:
組成物A:57重量%のHFC−365mfcと43重量%の塩化メチレンとの共沸混合物。
クロンプトン・コーポレション社(米国、グリニッチ)製のシリコーン油Crompton L9000−1000を使用する。これは、周囲温度(22℃)で0.97の密度、200℃よりも高い沸点及び132℃の引火点(ペンスキー・マルテンス法、密閉カップ)を有する透明液体ヒドロキシポリジメチルシロキサンからなる。
組成物の燃焼性を評価するために、本発明者らはこの引火点を標準セタフラッシュ密閉カップ法ASTM D3828に従って測定した。引火点は、液体がこの表面で点火源の作用下に空気中で可燃性であるが、活性化エネルギーを取り除いた場合に火炎を持続することがない混合物を形成するのに十分な蒸気を放出する最低温度である。
1辺4cmを有し及び1cm当たり30本のワイヤを有する正方形の形状のステンレス鋼メッシュを使用した。この種の緻密な開口を有するメッシュは、湿らせた後に達成されるべき溶剤の良好な保持を可能にした。
洗浄試験を次の集成装置、すなわち約7Lの内部体積を有する冷凍・冷却装置について周囲温度で行った。
2)組成物C又はDを、前記装置に、ポンプで又は冷凍・冷却装置全部が満たされるまで窒素を用いて加圧することによって導入した。
3)次いで、組成物C又はDの大部分を窒素を用いて加圧することによって除去した。
4)残留物を真空下で抜き出すことによって除去した。
Claims (8)
- 1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンと、塩化メチレンと、およびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有してなる組成物。
- 25から69重量%の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンと、25から69重量%の塩化メチレンと、および1から40重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 40から57重量%の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンと、30から43重量%の塩化メチレンと、および1から30重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする、10℃よりも低い温度で油を溶解する方法。
- 溶解温度が0から8℃の間にある、好ましくは3から6℃の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を特徴とする、内部熱伝達装置の洗浄液。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする、熱伝達装置の洗浄方法。
- ポリウレタンフォーム用の発泡剤として及びエアゾール噴射剤としての、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
