Description
(実験の部)
クロンプトン社〔Crompton Corporation(米国、グリニッチ)〕製のシリコーン油Crompton L9000−1000を使用する。これは、周囲温度(22℃)で0.97の密度、200℃よりも高い沸点及び132℃の引火点(ペンスキー・マルテンス密閉カップ法)を有する透明液体ヒドロキシポリジメチルシロキサンである。
組成物A:HFC−365mfc 80重量%とHFC−43−10mee20重量%
組成物B:HFC−365mfc 48重量%とHFC−43−10mee12重量%とトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン40重量%
組成物C:HFC−365mfc 44重量%と、HFC−43−10mee11重量%と、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン40重量%と、sec−ブタノール5重量%
組成物の燃焼性の評価のために、この引火点を、ASTM D3828標準法、すなわちセタフラッシュ密閉カップ法に従って測定した。引火点は、液体がこの表面で点火源の作用下に空気中で可燃性であるが活性化エネルギーを取り除いた場合に火炎を持続することがない混合物を形成するのに十分な量で蒸気を放出する最低温度である。
1辺当たり4cmの長さを有し及び1cm当たり30本のワイヤを有するステンレス鋼の正方形の形状のスクリーンを使用する。緻密な網目を有するこの種のスクリーンは、浸漬後に溶剤の良好な保持を可能にする。
Claims (8)
- 低温における油の溶解方法であって、
1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC−365mfc)と1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン(HFC−43−10mee)とからなる二成分混合物40から69重量%、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン(t−DCE)30から50重量%と、1から10重量%の2から4個の炭素原子を含有するアルコールとを含有してなる組成物を用いて10℃未満の温度で該溶解を行うことを特徴とする方法。 - 温度が0から8℃の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 温度が3から6℃の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- HFC−365mfcとHFC−43−10meeとの二成分混合物45から64重量%と、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン35から45重量%と、2から4個の炭素原子を含有するアルコール1から10重量%とを含有してなる組成物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC−365mfc)と、1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン(HFC−43−10mee)と、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン(t−DCE)と、1から10重量%の4個の炭素原子を含有するアルコールとを含有してなる、クリーニング又は脱脂に使用される組成物。
- 1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンと1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロブタンとからなる二成分混合物40から69重量%と、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン30から50重量%と、4個の炭素原子を含有するアルコール1から10重量%とを含有してなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- HFC−365mfcとHFC−43−10meeとの二成分混合物45から64重量%と、トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン35から45重量%と、4個の炭素原子を含有するアルコール1から10重量%とを含有してなることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の組成物。
- アルコールがsec−ブタノールであることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
