Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射弁には、公知のものに比べて次のような利点がある。すなわち本発明による燃料噴射弁では、可動子が、相応に配置されたばねによって振動するように弁ニードルに支承されており、従って開放動作時には前行程を行うことができ、しかも可動子は閉鎖時に弁ニードルに対して振動することができ、これによって弁ニードルのさらなる別の開放行程を回避することができる。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の1実施例を説明する。
図2は、図1に示された本発明による燃料噴射弁において一点鎖線で示された範囲IIを拡大して示す図である。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明の実施例を説明する。なお、すべての図面において同一部材には同一符号が使用されている。
Claims (14)
- 燃料噴射弁(1)、特に混合気圧縮型火花点火式の内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁(1)であって、マグネットコイル(10)と共働する可動子(20)と、該可動子(20)と摩擦力結合式に結合された弁ニードル(3)とが設けられており、該弁ニードル(3)に弁閉鎖体(4)が設けられていて、該弁閉鎖体(4)が弁座面(6)と一緒にシール座を形成している形式のものにおいて、
可動子(20)が、ばね(31)によって振動するように弁ニードル(3)に支承されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 可動子(20)の流出側にスリーブ(14)が配置されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(14)がポット形にカラー(39)を備えて形成されている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(14)がカラー(39)を介して可動子(20)と溶接されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(14)が底部分(40)において弁ニードル(3)によって貫通されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁ニードル(3)と摩擦力結合式に結合されているフランジ(34)が、スリーブ(14)の内部に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ばね(31)がフランジ(34)とスリーブ(14)との間に配置されている、請求項6記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ばね(31)が弁ニードル(3)によって貫通されている、請求項7記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ばね(31)がコイルばね(31)として形成されている、請求項7又は8記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 燃料噴射弁(1)においてスリーブ(14)の流出側にストッパリング(38)が配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ストッパリング(38)がハウジング固定である、請求項10記載の燃料噴射弁。
- スリーブ(14)が、マグネットコイル(10)の非給電状態においてストッパリング(38)に接触している、請求項10又は11記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 可動子(20)とマグネットコイル(10)の内極(13)との間に、作業空隙(33)が形成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- フランジ(34)と可動子(20)とが、スリーブ(14)のカラー(39)の厚さの間隔によって、互いに間隔をおいて位置している、請求項3から13までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
