以下で本発明による構成を有する装置を、図1を参照して図解する。図1には、マンマシンインタフェース1、コンピュータ/コンピュータ複合体2、メッセージ生成部3、保護装置4、駆動装置制御回路5、付加的監視部6、限界値/閾値監視部7、測定値検出部8、モータ9が示されている。ここでは、参照符号3〜9が駆動装置10を構成し、参照符号1および2が外部の構成要素である。

Claims (12)
- 電気的駆動装置(10)であって、
駆動装置制御回路(5)と、モータ(9)と、軸関連の電気的/機械的な運転状態量の検出および閾値監視を行うコントロール装置(3,4,7,8)とを備えている形式のものにおいて、
該コントロール装置(3,4,7,8)は、該運転状態量を分析する付加的監視部(6)と、分析結果の処理部とを備えており、
該付加的監視部(6)は、目標設定からのずれが生じた場合、このずれを早期に識別するように構成されていることを特徴とする、電気的駆動装置(10)。 - 電気的信号によってセンサによって検出された運転状態量は信号処理され、たとえば信号フィルタによって信号処理される、請求項1記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記センサによって検出された前記運転状態量の電気的信号は、時間領域および/または周波数領域で分析される、請求項1または2記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記センサは、運動関連の運転状態量および/または非運動関連の運転状態量を検出するセンサである、請求項2または3記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記目標設定は該電気的駆動装置によって記録され、該電気的駆動装置に基準値として格納される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記分析は、運転状態量の長時間監視を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記信号処理で、運転状態量に割り当てられたエラーメッセージが生成される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 運転状態量には、軸位置および/または回転数および/またはモータ巻線温度および/またはモータ電流の量および/または中間回路電圧のレベルおよび/またはバルク音波等の音響的信号および/または加速度が含まれる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記分析結果は、該電気的駆動装置に含まれる操作装置(1)または該電気的駆動装置に接続されている操作装置(1)によって表示される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 少なくとも1つの工業プロセスに組み込まれており、少なくとも1つのコンピュータ/コンピュータ複合体(2)と通信する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 少なくともエラー識別に関して、自由にプログラミング可能であり、かつ/または自由にコンフィギュレーション可能である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
- 前記分析結果は、遠隔メンテナンスの枠内で呼び出される、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の電気的駆動装置。
